Das Appartement ist gut gelegen, hell, geschmackvoll und praktisch eingerichtet. Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit und würden jederzeit wieder kommen! sehr gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft verfügt über alles, was man braucht und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Gastgeber hat uns gut informiert und war gut erreichbar. Distanz zum Zentrum von Piombino zu Fuss ca. 10min.

Wir haben vier Nächte in der Unterkunft verbracht. Die Lage, sowie die Aussicht sind unschlagbar. Die Kommunikation war sehr unkompliziert und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und stimmig eingerichtet. Geschlafen haben wir gut (auch wenn die Strasse wegen dem Verkehr im Zentrum sehr gut zu hören war, mit Oropax kein Problem). Die Küche ist super ausgerüstet. Das Bad auch sehr modern und praktisch. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen — gerne wieder. (PS: Die Pizzeria vis à vis „Mister Torta“ ist sehr empfehlenswert, wir hatten mehrmals die besten Pizzen. Auch das neue Restaurant „Ferrigna“, welches nur 3‘ zu Fuss entfernt liegt, ist sehr zu empfehlen für die klassische, jedoch moderne Küche Elba‘s!)

Wir waren super zufrieden mit der Wohnung! Sehr sauber, schön eingerichtet, tolle Badezimmer. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war super. Immer erreichbar und wir haben tolle Tipps für Strände und weiteres erhalten. Wir kommen gerne wieder, Piombino hat uns sehr gefallen. :)

The apartment was great, clean. Check in process was flexible and easy to follow. The location is quite good, everything is walkable, sea is 2 min walk. For the car parking there is public free parking within a km, nearby parkings were always full with machines. Micbela was great, she was very responsive and every ask was satisfied. Wir waren eine Woche lang mit fünf Personen in dieser wunderschön eingerichteten und sehr gemütlichen Wohnung. Die Einrichtung ist äußerst liebevoll gestaltet und verleiht der Wohnung eine warme und einladende Atmosphäre, in der man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm, und die Wohnung bietet viel Platz für eine Familie oder Gruppe. WLAN: Während unseres Aufenthalts funktionierte das WLAN nicht immer zuverlässig, was gerade bei schlechtem Wetter etwas frustrierend war, da wir gerne Filme geschaut hätten. Allerdings lag das Problem am Internetanbieter wegen Sturmschaden, und der Gastgeber hat sich äußerst kulant und hilfsbereit gezeigt. Er hat schnell auf unser Anliegen reagiert, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Küchenausstattung und Platz: Die Küche ist für fünf Personen ausreichend, aber bei einer Belegung von acht Personen wird es etwas eng. Es gibt nicht genug Teller, Stühle, und auch der Tisch bietet für acht Person

La casa di Giuliano è un gioiellino dotato di ogni comfort x trascorrere un piacevole soggiorno sotto al castello di Castiglione della Pescaia, comoda a tutti i servizi, alle spiagge e ai maggiori luoghi di interesse della Maremma. Estremamente pulita ed ancora più bello dal vero che non in foto, con piccolo spazio esterno x vivere la vita del paese. Giuliano è un host perfetto, presente e molto attento agli ospiti. Con il suo ristorante Il VIANDANTE sito proprio di fronte alla casa è pronto a deliziare i suoi ospiti con un ottima cucina dal buon rapporto qualità prezzo.. Abbiamo soggiornato 9 notti da lui con i nostri 2 bambini e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. Da consigliare e da ritornarci

L'appartamento, sito nel residence i Boboli, è tenuto molto bene. Adatto a famiglie sino a 6 persone. Estremamente silenzioso e fresco, con terrazzino affacciato sulla scalinata di accesso al marina. La Sig.ra Antonia è un Host attento che cura anche i particolari del soggiorno (es. mappe customizzate per i percorsi di hiking e biking intorno a Punta Ala).

La casa è curata e molto ben attrezzata, la padrona di casa molto gentile ed ospitale. Posizione comoda per il mare e per i servizi. Consigliata!

It is impossible to over-emphasise how beautiful the Casa del Capitano is! Even before booking, Michael was extremely helpful and informative. I had chosen the property as the place to propose to my (now) Fiancé and Michael went out of his way to make sure all the little touches were in place that I asked for. The villa was immaculately clean with fires made up in the sauna and house ready to be lit. The views (especially from the jacuzzi) were breathtaking! The villa is completely private and perfect for a romantic get-away. Everything from the underfloor heating, technology and ascetics of the house made it a home from home! We would recommend the villa to anyone looking for tranquility away from the busyness of everyday life. Thank you for a truly memorable Italian experience and we wouldn’t hesitate to return (maybe even for the honeymoon!) - Chris & Clare!

Der Aufenthalt auf La Concordia war wunderschön und wir würden die Unterkunft definitiv nochmal buchen! Das Haus ist super schön, sauber, toll eingerichtet und die Küche ist toll ausgestattet. Getoppt hat das Haus nur der große Pool und die atemberaubende Aussicht! ;-) Senta ist eine supernette Gastgeberin und hat sich ganz lieb um uns gekümmert, der CheckIn als auch die Kommunikation während des Aufenthalts waren unkompliziert und gastfreundlich! Danke nochmal an Dich an dieser Stelle:) Ich kann die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt allen Menschen empfehlen, die vernab vom Trubel abschalten und die Natur genießen wollen, dabei aber nicht auf Abkühlung im Pool und Comfort verzichten wollen.

Sabrina host davvero gentile, accogliente e sempre disponibile. Ci ha fatto trovare la casa ben fornita e pulita. L’alloggio si trova due passi dal mare e dalle vie centrali. Anche la nostra cagnolina si è sentita come a casa Grazie ancora, torneremo sicuramente!

Geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung für eine Familie. Zentral, aber ruhig mitten in Seccheto gelegen - praktisch mit eigenem Parkplatz, Waschmaschine & Trockner. Wir waren zum 2x dort.

Die Wohnung von Barbara ist Mega schön ! Die Lage ist Super, mitten in Massa Marittima und der Blick auf den Dom einzigartig! Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, gepflegt und ruhig! Die Abwicklung mit Carlotta war sehr angenehm und funktionierte perfekt! Sie gab uns gute Tipps und erkundigte sich nach unserem befinden! 🤩 Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt und kommen sehr gerne wieder 🇮🇹 Veronika

L'alloggio è molto bello e rispecchia la descrizione fornita dal proprietario. Nonostante non prenda molto bene il segnale, la casa è fornita di tutto il necessario per soggiornare più giorni comodamente. Unica pecca è quella del parcheggio che spesso, nel periodo di soggiorno, è risultato scomodo per l'assenza di posto vicino casa. Infine è da sottolineare la gentilezza dell'host che ci ha dato tutte le indicazioni necessarie, consigliando anche una trattoria poco distante in cui mangiare tipico.

Vacanza di pochi giorni tra capodanno ed Epifania. Villa sul mare presso Marciana Marina (Elba), con stupenda vista su golfo di Procchio e Capo Enfola. Posizione molto bella. Ovviamente nel periodo invernale non si può godere di molto sole e luce e gli spazi esterni, molto ben organizzati, non possono essere utilizzati appieno. L'appartamento (parte della casa) è comodo per 6 persone (eravamo 4 adulti e due ragazzini oltre alla nostra beagle), ben strutturato, molto ben tenuto e recentemente rinfrescato e aggiornato con tre split per aria fredda e calda. La stufa a pellet funziona benissimo . Ambienti pulitissimi, cucina bella e ottimamente attrezzata (non abbiamo portato nulla da casa). Letti di buona qualità. Due bagni sufficienti per 6 persone. Comodo archeggio e molta, molta simpatia e disponibilità da parte dell'host e dei suoi parenti. Nessun problema di rumori o disturbi. Tutto perfetto e come da annuncio. Grazie Francesco. Wir waren Familie mit 5 Kinder. Wohnung für uns top, wie beschrieben und gut ausgestattet, für den Preis war super. Gastgeber war sehr nett. Dankeschön. Haus war sehr ruhig. Piombino schöne Stadt, sehr gute Pizza und richtig leckeres Eis.
