Holiday rentals with beach access in Capo d'Arco

The location in Porto Azzuro was great. Especially to do something in the evening or to eat out. All within 5 minutes. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were nicely decorated and the apartment is very spacious. At the window you could sit in the sun in the morning and watch the hustle and bustle in the alley.

everything perfect. great new apartment well furnished. nice terrace with sea view. nestled on the hill among the plants. easy access and parking. there are only a few steps to do. in Morcone you will find some bars and restaurants but in a few minutes by car there are many and in 5 minutes you get to Capoliveri. in 3 minutes you get to the beach on foot in Morcone, beautiful and livable beach. The air conditioning was not necessary, in fact, in the evening it was almost cool (30 degrees during the day). Wilma lives in the building below, she is present but reserved, once settled. Next to ours, we had a single neighbour, in our case, silent, since there are three apartments, so I would not recommend it to those who want safe and absolute privacy. Otherwise, I would say highly recommended

The accommodation far exceeded our expectations. The view is breathtakingly beautiful - you have the opportunity to grill overlooking the sea. Luca and his family were very nice and always available. The beach is in a few minutes' walk. We also thought it was great to borrow surfboards and kayaks to paddle and store our sup at the bottom of the beach. It is also great that you can use sun loungers and sunshades on the beach. The kitchen was well equipped and even a dishwasher and washing machine are provided. We especially enjoyed the peace and the view!

Lorena's apartment is very nice and super organised. She is very attentive to guests and helpful. The location is great for walking to the beach and the village. Highly recommended

Beautiful place right by the sea. The view from the bedroom is particularly impressive - the sound of the waves makes for a good night's sleep. Anyway in the low season it was wonderfully quiet. Parking right at the property was a big plus. We will be happy to come back!

This host went above and beyond in making us feel comfortable. We arrived a bit late and he was so concerned that we got a meal that he went with us to ensure we could be . He was very hospitable and truly a good person.

we stayed 3 nights at Gaia's and everything was great! The roof terrace is really a highlight! Huge for private use and with a great view of the sea, a small harbour and the island of Elba. Gaia was always available via the app and quickly helped when there were questions. Only the doors were a little loud to open and close. But Gaia has already hired a carpenter and I think the problem will be fixed soon.

A small corner of relaxation and tranquility just a few steps from the beautiful and quiet beach of Nisportino. Ideal for those looking for relaxation surrounded by nature. Umberto is really a very helpful and friendly person, always ready to give advice on places and activities available on Elba. A generous person, Umberto is sociable with both the adults and the little ones, he knows how to transmit a lot of information about the plants and animals that populate the area without forgetting the historical part. The apartment enjoys a spectacular view and breathtaking sunsets in the silence of the evening, super clean and equipped with every comfort. Those looking for peace, tranquility and nature cannot miss this little pearl! Absolutely recommended!

The place is a good base to visit local hill top villages and to access the beach. The hosts were very responsive and we enjoyed our stay.

We had a great holiday in a very spacious and clean house. The small rather little visited bay is right behind the accommodation. But here you should definitely think of sanding shoes, as there are large pebbles on both the beach and in the water. Giacomo has been a very friendly and helpful host and was easily accessible at all times. Thanks a lot!

Fede and Rosy are wonderful hosts – warm, helpful and simply likeable. We felt completely comfortable from the first moment! The location of the apartment is fantastically beautiful, and the view is breathtaking. We could hardly get enough of it. The beach is just a few minutes away and looks like something out of a picture book – quiet, idyllic and totally romantic. The house is well equipped, very well maintained and sparkling clean. We really lacked nothing. I'm sure we'll be back and look forward to next time!

I've spent 10 days of relax with my family, we had great time, the place is very quiet and relaxing. Very clean and tidy. Air conditioned helped us in the hottest days. It's very convenient to the sea, although we spent our days of holiday by the pool. Highly recommended!!!

Diana and her family are very quick and friendly to everything, very good service. The apartment is located slightly above the beach on a street, which you hardly hear at all and therefore does not disturb it. The beach is a 1-2-minute walk. The apartment is very well equipped, nothing is missing. We grilled in the garden, which also worked great. We had a nice cat in front of the door or in the garden at all times, which did not bother us, but perhaps worth mentioning with allergies. All in all, a great stay.

We spent a few days in Debora and Dario's apartment. They were very helpful and came to meet us both with the check-in and check-out time! The apartment is a few minutes walk from the beach, so great if you are traveling with small children and you need to go back and forth to avoid the hottest hours and break the day! The terrace is also appreciated, always ventilated and perfect for alfresco dining!

We stayed in the apartment for a week as a family with two children at the end of September and enjoyed our stay very much! The apartment is very centrally located, with a beautiful view of the harbor and the piazza. The piazza is busy, but the windows are new and close well. In addition, one of the bedrooms goes to the back on a quieter alley. The apartment is extremely spacious and stylish and practically furnished. The beds are very comfortable and everything is available, especially the kitchen is very well equipped. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Blown away, we will be back many times

A group of 6 guys stayed at the house for three nights and four days. The house was clean, with everything you need both in terms of sheets and towels, and for the kitchen, which is very well stocked. Comfortable beds in all rooms and two clean bathrooms with large showers. The area is excellent as it is 10 minutes by car from the centre of Marciana marina and also has private access to a beach that can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. The outdoor garden area allows you to dine or lunch outside under the gazebo, with a truly priceless view of the sea. Very positive experience that we hope to repeat in the future, thanks also to the kindness and availability of the host. Amazing value for money.

The perfect apartment for seeing Porto Azurro. Very close to everything. The building and the apartment are beautiful and Silvia was so lovely and nice. The apartment has beautiful views all the way to the sea and the restaurants and shops are literally just downstairs. I liked it very much and would love to come back! :)
