Amazing place to stay at for the weekend! Glenys was extremely friendly, gave lots of recommendations and was very accomodating. The accomodation was super clean, backyard was awesome for my dog and the hot tub was great. Would highly recommend!

This is amazing house,you can do everything in and out of this house nice and clean,looking beautiful. we cooked some Japanese dinner at the house there are everything what we needed. there are some nice cafes around there and beautiful beach as well. We had a great time even though it was raining outside when we stayed overnight Supposed to be raining next day as well but the sun came out at the morning and we enjoyed Sorrento after stayed this house.

We had a great stay. The apartment is right in the middle of town and the history of the ball room lends a lovely quirky vibe to the place with a spiral staircase and a circular cellar room etc. Sitting outside on the porch was lovely. Kitchen had a wide range of implements, and crockery etc . Thanks kindly Leif for a grand weekend.

We loved our stay here. Was a great base for catching up with friends elsewhere on the peninsula. Was so comfy, very well appointed, felt just like a home away from home. The bed was a bit soft for us but that’s a personal preference. It was also great to be able to do a load of washing before we continued on our trip around Victoria. We’d stay again for sure. Mt Eliza is a lovely and safe feeling village. Easy walk to shops from the unit. Thanks for your great hospitality Christine!

We had a great time at the Portarlington National Celtic festival over the June long weekend. To top this off our very comfortable accommodation was a highlight. The Hosts have put so much effort to make their place a home away from home and it shows with every thoughtful detail . Certainly would recommend to anyone wanting to stay and also explore the beautiful Bellarine Peninsula. Hopefully we can return for another luxury escape !! Rgds Margaret & Bob

My parents loved their weekend stay in this beautiful home whilst they attended a music festival in the area. The place was just as the listing suggested, clean, well equipped & greatly presented. Jenny was a fantastic host with easy to follow instructions upon check in. Would book again 😊

Casabliss was the perfect place for our weekend away. The house was styled and furnished beautifully. The kitchen was well equipped, had everything you need . The house was spotless and clean. We spent a lovely weekend away at this nice, peaceful stay. Enjoyed the area sightseeing during the day and at night played games whilst listening to the record player and kept warm by the gas log fire. We had everything we needed and the beds were really comfortable. We were also close to the hot springs which was a bonus. We would definately recommend staying here for some R & R and the hosts were so helpful

The fresh ground coffee, is another sign that you are valued as a guest and treated as such! We have stayed in 5 Airbnb’s while buying a house in Rye. The last place l stayed in was a disgrace, please don’t spend your money helping others to renovate or save for their rebuilds, Peachy has already done it! I can’t speak highly enough of my experience! When we arrived we were so cold and damp from last Airbnb, we booked for 7 days and stayed for another 5. We have now moved to another Airbnb but we wish we were back at Peaches Properties. The beds, sheets, pillows, donnas and location are just a few of the highlights! Thank you Peachy! THE BEST

We had a wonderful stay! The place felt so warm and homey — it was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed. You can tell a lot of care goes into making guests feel comfortable, tvs in bedrooms, fridge with water dispenser / ice maker, high end washing machine and dryer - the little things that make a difference. Amazing views of the bay and close enough to cafes and shops but keeps a sense of privacy and relaxed homely feel. Easy drive to all the Mornington Peninsula has to offer..The ambience was beautiful, and Samantha’s communication throughout made everything smooth and enjoyable. This contemporary, modern apartment is absolutely gorgeous with tasteful furnishings & sensational beds. Amir was extremely quick to response and super friendly. I would highly recommend this apartment, situated in a great location with everything at your finger tips.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was clean and well-maintained, with a nice balcony to relax on. It was conveniently located just 10 minutes from the Phillip Island Circuit, and close to the beach where I spent an enjoyable day. There were plenty of nice restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and it was also close to the bus station for trips to Melbourne. The host was understanding and kind, making my stay even better.

Lovely spot in Seaford. Back of the building complex so very quiet and peaceful. No noise from other residents. Easy walk to the shops of Seaford, either along the beach or along the creek. We did have issues with access through the front door which Sid tried to help with. We ended up just using the key to the back door for coming and going. Great space for a couple, 2 couples or a small family. Maybe a carton of milk for guests would be a nice touch of welcome.

Beautiful apartment unit, immaculate amenities, larger than the photos showed, with plenty of space. It is on the 3rd floor and yes there are stairs (no lift) but this did not detract from my stay. Host was friendly and responsive, would definitely recommend.

a great place to getaway for the weekend :) my partner and i stayed at maggie’s place for our fifth anniversary. it was a wonderful, relaxing experience. we loved the apartment’s decor and views. we also loved that everything was an easy walking distance. judy was an excellent host too :) she was so sweet and helpful!! as a first time user of airbnb, she has definitely set a high standard for hosts. :)

Duncan's apartment was so lovely.. It was modern and clean. It had everything you needed. The location is excellent as it's across the road from the beach. I would recommend it to anyone wanting a beach holiday.
