Amazing views of the bay and close enough to cafes and shops but keeps a sense of privacy and relaxed homely feel. Easy drive to all the Mornington Peninsula has to offer..The ambience was beautiful, and Samantha’s communication throughout made everything smooth and enjoyable. We’d absolutely stay again if we’re ever back in the area!

The kids loved having so many board games and toys for the rainy days in. Courtney’s communication was friendly, clear and fast.

We had a wonderful stay at Ollie and Lucy’s. Beds were comfortable, fresh and clean home. Close to shops to walk to and our old dog enjoyed his stay also. Ollie and Lucy were extremely helpful providing locations we could take our dog, places to visit and recommendations of places to eat. Quiet neighbourhood, with off street parking. Highly recommend. We spent a long weekend at Jennie’s house and would highly recommend. It rained the entire weekend so we weren’t able to make use of the top north facing deck or the lower pool deck but we lit the fire, settled in and had such a relaxing time. There is a really good coffee machine which meant we didn’t even have to venture out for coffee! We loved it on a wet winter weekend so I can only imagine how great it would be on a warm sunny weekend.

We had a wonderful stay, Darren was a great host. The house and gardens were beautiful, even better than the images. There is so much space and feels so calm and relaxing. Everything was spotless and the house had everything we needed. We loved the experience and will definitely stay again. Thank you for hosting us 😊

Awesome place for my family to stay. Booked for my wife’s 60th birthday, to have the two of us, our 3 kids, their partners, 4 grandkids and one dog in one amazing property was absolutely wonderful. The property was immaculate and the description was absolutely accurate. Local shops a short 10 minute drive away to Rye. Would gladly book again. Steve & Amelia…

Beautiful home, very suitable for large groups. I travelled here from Newcastle with 9 other girlfriends for a weekend away. We spent a day at the Mornington Peninsula Hot Springs and being able to stay all together with a wine around the fire and a yummy dinner that we could all cook on the bbq and large kitchen. The house was immaculate and very comfortable.

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Balnarring. The house is stunning - surrounded by beautiful gardens and scenery and the interior design is amazing! We had a few infants and a toddler and the house was well equipped for our needs. We especially loved the animals and the home-grown preserved food!

We had a wonderful stay! The host was very accommodating, offered us a last-minute booking with a discount and even allowed a late checkout, which we really appreciated. The house was spacious, clean, and perfect for us with more than enough room for everyone. We especially enjoyed the pool and hot spa, and had so much fun with the billiards and ping pong. It was also lovely to arrive to a complimentary bottle of wine, such a thoughtful touch! The property is also pet-friendly, which made it even more perfect for us. Highly recommended. We were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely come back again. Thank you!

If you’re looking for a house to relax and unwind, this could be the one for you! The house was warm and homily, and delivered some amazing sunrises / sunset views, all whilst relaxing in the spacious upstairs lounge. The house was clean throughout, and large enough to accommodate our group of friends. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. Peggy is a great host, super responsive and even provided some complimentary wine to welcome us. Cheers to that!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The lovely pool and fireplace were a standout for us. Spacious, quiet and CLEAN! Friendly, prompt, and easy communication. I’ve never been to an air bnb where the wine glasses sparkle lol. Everything was just so clean. Our pup enjoyed running around in the front garden. Worth every cent and will be back for sure!!! A gem in Capel Sound! Lovely pet friendly stay in a central Mornington Peninsula location. Super well equipped with virtually anything you could think of! Very generous supplies, herbs, oil, flour, foil, everything! Thank you Char!

Amazing place to stay at for the weekend! Glenys was extremely friendly, gave lots of recommendations and was very accomodating. The accomodation was super clean, backyard was awesome for my dog and the hot tub was great. Would highly recommend!

Kate’s cottage was absolutely and exactly what my girlfriends and I were looking for, for a little weekend getaway. It was even better than we expected, with its cosy charm, warm and inviting feel and had everything we needed and more. We will definitely be looking forward to booking again and want to thank both Kate and Glen for making our trip so seamless and calm. Thank you both so much!

Our stay was incredible! The house felt so cosy and had everything we needed a gym, BBQ, outdoor fire pit, and the sauna, which was definitely my favourite. Even the ambient lighting added to how relaxing it all felt. We loved it! Highly recommend!!!!

We loved our weekend stay at Nadia's. Loved the location, able to walk to the beach and places to eat. Close drive to the hot springs. Very quiet, peaceful neighbourhood. House was super comfy with everything we needed.

This is amazing house,you can do everything in and out of this house nice and clean,looking beautiful. we cooked some Japanese dinner at the house there are everything what we needed. there are some nice cafes around there and beautiful beach as well. We had a great time even though it was raining outside when we stayed overnight Supposed to be raining next day as well but the sun came out at the morning and we enjoyed Sorrento after stayed this house.

Iwona’s cute cottage is very comfortable, thoughtfully provisioned and spotlessly clean. Cute local cafe a couple of minutes away for excellent breakfast. A great base for exploring the area.
