Newly renovated in the winter of ‘23 this tiny house is located on the same property as the owner’s home but provides complete privacy with its own fenced in yard. Small, unique cottage in a quiet neighborhood on an old road near the marshes and bays in Kitty Hawk, NC. ( The cottage is across the street from the mailbox.) The cottage is tucked away on the backside of the barrier island; however, we are close to the beach and centrally located to most of the towns along the Outer Banks. This is a NON-SMOKING property.
