Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Cape Fear River

The mattress in every room was awesome. I never go back to rentals with bad bedding. No fun if you don’t sleep well. These renters really seemed to care. Also loves playing the Galaga game for free

Good location in proximity to the zoo. House was clean and easy to find. We had a lovely stay!

A very nice house in a quiet subdivision. It is a close drive to all kinds of shopping and restaurants. Five of us adult males stayed there and were very comfortable. We enjoyed the full kitchen and the comfy living room. A good value for this area.

Such an amazing stay. It was quiet and super comfortable. The host was AMAZING. This is the best bnb I’ve ever stayed at.

I had a great night at Jennifer’s place. I was exhausted from a long drive, booked the reservation very late but I was so appreciative of Jennifer’s quick response and for accommodating me and my dog on such short notice. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and finally get some sleep! Both bedrooms had super comfy beds and I chose to sleep in the bedroom with blackout curtains so I had the best rest ever. The bathroom was pristine and I loved the way it was decorated. The shower was awesome! I also loved that I could tell dogs were very welcome in the home (cute doggy decorations, etc). My dog enjoyed exploring the yard and playing out there. This home will be our first choice the next time we drive through the state!

My family and I had a nice weekend getaway at the property. It was very spacious and accommodating. We loved the bathrooms especially. The backyard area was very spacious and nice as well. I can imagine how much more beautiful it will be when the lake is full again. The only thing that was different for us was not having curtains or blinds in the whole back area (sunroom,back door, kitchen) and the front windows of the home. We live in the city area where we stay so we’re use to some sort of closure. Other than that definitely worth the price. Would highly recommend this property and come back again ourselves. Sam’s place was great! Right near everything but felt very secluded. We loved sitting out in the porch with all the beautiful flowers. We can’t wait to come back!

Wow great spot . Close to all . Can walk everywhere to Uptown locations. Loved all the rooms ,decorated top line, bathroom was very well designed. If there was anything to improve on is possibly fitting in a 1/2 bath that would only give this place another big star. Overall wonderful stay ,hope can re visit soon!

Great stay! Super close to everything within town so able to walk to all the nearby spots! Building success was super easy with keypad locks. Laundry was very convenient and the house was very quiet the entire time we were there. Would absolutely stay again.

The location was great, beautiful view from the balcony’s, nice pond behind the house, lots of stuff to do in the surrounding area. The hosts were extremely nice and responded fast throughout our stay, if you’re looking for a good deal that’s close to the beach, this is your spot.

I was staying at Paulina's airbnb for a weekend course. It was a six hour drive to Southern Pines, and arriving at the studio felt like arriving home -- it was tidy, cozy-looking, and felt like Paulina thought of everything you could possibly need. Snacks in the kitchen for an afternoon arrival, the bed made with a blanket on top, cutlery and placeware if you wanted to eat in, and shower products available to use in the bathroom. Lighting was good, the electric stove in the fireplace is a nice touch, and a TV that swivels so you can watch from the bed or the love seat. It feels like the type of place that your family or friend has prepared for you, and it's guaranteed to be a really sweet stay. Also, it's close to stores for picking up groceries, restaurants for eating out or grabbing take away, and outdoor areas to take a walk or enjoy live music. Nothing but praises for this place. :)

Very nice and spacious house. The outside pool and hot tub area is like an oasis of its own. They had pool toys and a great sitting area on the huge outside patio. The washer and dryer are huge. Very pleased with our stay here.

What a wonderful house in a wonderful location! The house was lovely, very spacious and perfect for our family holiday gathering. We are already talking about staying again next year!

While in the area for the Azalea Festival in Wilmington, we rented this beautiful home! It was close to Wilmington activities, but is a perfect location in Carolina Beach, walking distance from many restaurants, shops and activities. We loved the spaciousness, upscale furniture and gorgeous kitchen. But the best feature, by far, was being feet from the beach! It was so peaceful that we sat outside and in the living room for hours just enjoying coffee, the sound of the surf and the sun coming up. When we arrived, we did find that the beds were not made. But the cleaner arrived quickly after a quick call and had the bedding completed by the time we came back from dinner. I would recommend that the owners considering a variety of mattress firmness. All the bed seemed very firm to me and I had a difficult time sleeping. But all told, we hope to come back again with other family members so they can experience this gem at the Carolina Beaches!

My family and my aunt, uncle, cousins, and grandparents stayed at Salubrious View Too a handful of times when I was a kid. We’ve all had wonderful memories of this house, view, and sunset beach. This year, my parents and aunt and uncle are the grandparents, we are the parents, and the cousins’ children are the grandchildren. Amazing to be able to carry on the tradition to another generation. So thankful for our time at Salubrious View Too and cannot wait to return again.

We had a wonderful family reunion at Knollwood Manor and Tyler was so helpful in all aspects! The house was perfect for our family of 10 adults with everyone having their own bedroom and bathroom which you don't find in many of the rental homes. The house is located in such a peaceful setting with lots of Southern charm. We couldn't have asked for better accommodations or service from Tyler. Great house!!

Great place to stay for a long weekend. We had a lot of golf planned and this place was right in the heart of all the best courses around. Very nice setup and spotless. Would definitely recommend.

We’ll laid out for a big group of adults. Kitchen is well stocked. Perfect place for a large group to relax.

Incredible Mansion with PHENOMENAL amenities (Pool, Basketball Court, putting green, ping pong, billiards, and air hockey table. Serene location with a perfect screened huge patio with 100% backyard privacy in a neighborhood with only multi million dollar homes. Not sure you could ever rent this much square footage for anywhere near the price. Wilson is the best host with everything you need for a great vacation. Thank you Wilson. You made our daughter’s college graduation week!
