We are offering a suite of two rooms on the first floor that includes a large bedroom with a king size bed and large bathroom with a clawfoot soaking tub, separate shower and dressing room with double vanities. A private deck overlooks the pasture. Also included for your private use is an adjacent study which has a TV and pull out sofa bed. The home is part of a working sheep farm conveniently located between New Bern and Kinston, NC which are both 15-20 minutes away.

The "Capeside" room is a tribute to the nearby Capeside Brewery in Southport. This name also captures the essence of Southport, a picturesque harbor town by the Cape Fear River and the ocean. This house is suitable for an outdoor wedding or other small venue events, and has a large grass back yard. We also have the house next door listed which is a 4 bedroom ranch style house.
