Beautiful apartment located on the 2nd and last floor, fully renovated. The 180° sea view of La Roquille beach is exceptional . You will enjoy a beautiful furnished terrace of 11 m2 quiet and without any vis-à-vis! Direct access to the beach. Close to shops, the port, the casino, restaurants, 10 minutes' walk, along the pedestrian path that runs along the sea. Private parking, secure residence with caretaker.
