Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Cap d'Agde

Short stay but we had everything to enjoy and relax. Flexible check-in and checkout which is a real plus for us. Sarah's husband is very kind and welcoming. He gave us very good tips for being able to eat nearby. Stay to be renewed for us.

Very well renovated and arranged accommodation. The living-dining room with its glass window that can be totally opened on the terrace is a real plus. Hot tub ideal for a relaxing time. Available and responsive host. The location of this accommodation is a central point to visit both the seaside (vías, valras, agde...) and inland (beziers, St guihlem, Lac du Salagou...)

We booked this place for two people for a week. We were very well received, Béatrice is very friendly and knows the surroundings very well for tourist ideas. The space is large for two people, we weren't stepping on each other's toes. It has two air conditioners, making the stay very pleasant during the strong heat. Despite the very close proximity of the owners, we felt in a home just for ourselves, with our independence. Access to the pool was very nice I would recommned this property.

Very pleasant stay in an ideal accommodation, all comforts or more. Close to the beach and the city. A very kind, friendly, welcoming, available host. Experience to repeat. I recommend it.

6 years after my first visit, I'm not disappointed. Warm welcome, more than complete starter pack, flexible schedules when possible, pleasant pool. The new Jacuzzi is great. Too bad for the small flush problem but nothing that is spoiled the WE. The beach can be reached on foot in 15 min from the villa.

The house is very nice, it corresponds 100% to the description. Olivier was very responsive on any questions we had and advised us on visits. We recommend 100%. The flowery garden was a surprise.

We absolutely loved our stay in Neffies - the house was perfect for our multi-generational holiday with plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces and it was also incredibly well equipped. Heidi and Steve were welcoming and responsive property managers. There is lots to do in the area and the village itself has 3 fab reataurants. We couldn't have asked for more.

The house was fantastic. Exactly like in the pictures. Very tasteful but cozily furnished and very clean. Enough space for everyone. Pool and Jacuzzi are nice and well maintained. The trampoline and the other toys were perfect for our kids (age 10-13). The only constructive feedback we have is that there are not enough opportunities to hang your towels in the bathrooms and kitchen. Otherwise the place is perfect. Angelique was very nice and always responded to any of our questions within minutes. Thanks for a memorable experience.

It was a wonderful stay! The house is wonderful and has all the facilities you need as a family! We had a great stay together with our three children. The house is located in a quiet and beautiful (clean and green) environment. Pool is gorgeous and heated! Parking in front of the door! Agde can be reached quickly! Frank has given us so many tips on what we can do nearby and how to reach the places! It was a great holiday with our 3 children where we felt completely at home! Highly recommended!
