Pamela's property was excellent. It was beautiful and clean and suited the needs for my wife and I and our 16 year old daughter. We were able to walk to all the sites and had nearby restaurants, pharmacy, market, etc. Pamela was kind and responsive and an excellent host. I would highly recommend this property.

The accommodation is very nicely located, you are within 15 minutes by bus in Venice, which stops virtually at the door, and the airport is also very quick to reach. The accommodation is quiet, very new and clean and you will find everything you need for your stay. The hosts are very friendly and help you quickly if you have any questions or concerns. We highly recommend the place.

The place was comfortable, the owners let us put our heavy baggage before check in. We liked the double bunked beds and the garden outside. it was very peaceful around the place. We accidentally left the keys inside the house before coming out and locked ourselves outside, luckily the owner was kind enough to help us open the door. would definitely recommend, it was a comfortable stay

Paolo was the best host. Friendly, responsive, helped with getting our bags to and from the air bnb. Helped me arrange water Taxi. Always so kind. I couldn’t have asked for a better host or a better place to stay. We slept well, the place was so clean and close to everything we wanted to do. Highly recommend this place and this host!

The place is immaculate- in pristine condition, very clean. It is a very comfortable apartment with lots of big windows! Very cosy bed to spend peaceful nights. You will feel very safe there. All amenities you will possibly need. The kitchen is really good to cook. A very big bathroom. I love the location so much with wonderful Campo Di Santa Margherita where I was buying fresh bread, flowers, berries and veggies early in the morning observing locals passing by to their studies, work, walking with their dogs, buying newspapers and so on. You can go anywhere from that place or just stay there enjoying Dorsoduro. A lot of absolutely wonderful museums in the area. Ca Rezzonico became my favorite - the collection, the palazzo itself! La Fenice theater is absolutely stunning. I was taking public water transport easily to the other parts of Venice like Giudecca. And a water taxi to the airport. Matteo and Raffaella, very warm people, were so kind to me. I was very happy there. Thank you

A fantastic location to explore Venice. Very close to transport links but also really quiet at night. Comfy bed, added bonus of little roof terrace. Linda was super responsive and gave plenty of information. Highly recommended.

This was the perfect stay for Venice. Not directly in the middle but perfect walking distance to everything. We liked that everything we needed was on the main road outside of the apartment. There are a lot of great restaurants in the area. Gian was friendly and responsive. The apartment is as shown in pictures and having the patio outside was perfect for when we wanted to relax with some wine. Definitely recommend.

Great little spot in a good area of Venice. Host was great and gave personal intro to the space. Everything was clean and it was a small experience of being a Venetian.

We loved our stay in Venice. The windows open directly to the grand Canal. What an experience! We loved the little sitting area by the dock. They coordinated breakfast for us and we out by the water. Best memory in Venice to be honest! Great service and food. Very helpful and would stay again.

First of all Roberta is a Superhost in all departments! From great communication to meeting us at the water bus to take us to the apartment all our dealings with Roberta were first class. The apartment is exactly as described and as shown in the photos. It is in a great location between the Rialto bridge and St Marks square and is very quiet. We were thinking of getting a vaperetto pass but Roberta said she always walked everywhere without any problem so we did the same and really glad we did it as we saw so much - not just the main attractions. This apartment is great so don't hesitate to book it.

The apartment ist absolutely amazing and the overall experience unparalleled. Paolo is an amazing host, very attentive. Always reachable and genuinely caring, providing you with all infos you need. He even picked us up at the Waterbus station. Apartment ist absolutely amazing very well equipped with all you might need, toiletries, coffee even muffins. Location is amazing since Giudecca is less crowded but just a 2 min boat rode from the main island so the best of both worlds! 10/10!!! Thanks Paolo!

This house is very comfortable, clean and beautiful, spacious, great for many people to relax and travel.The house is fully equipped, from kitchen utensils to daily necessities, and is very convenient to stay in.The owner is also very kind and enthusiastic, not only proactively contacting to confirm the check-in details, but also thoughtfully recommending many fun and delicious places, making our trip more enriching.Overall, the accommodation experience is great, highly recommended! The backyard is so cute!There is a private parking lot!

We had a wonderful stay in Venice in Jessica's apartment. The apartment was impeccable, very clean, comfortable and ideally located to discover the city on foot. Jessica was an exceptional host, both responsive, caring and full of good advice that really enriched our experience. Thanks to her, our stay was even more enjoyable. A true gem! The balcony really adds a unique dimension; to be able and watch every day life in Venice was so interesting. The apartment is in easy walk of great cafes and restaurants and handy for The Vaporetto and water taxis. We travelled with my 89 year old mother and were very grateful for the flexible check in after our early flight. We ate out each meal, so easy with so many great places in easy walking distance. Amongst our favourite, for breakfast was San Giovanni Vini e Cicchetti for fabulous chichetti !
