Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Cannaregio Canal

Pamela's property was excellent. It was beautiful and clean and suited the needs for my wife and I and our 16 year old daughter. We were able to walk to all the sites and had nearby restaurants, pharmacy, market, etc. Pamela was kind and responsive and an excellent host. I would highly recommend this property.

Elisa was an amazing host. Very responsive, the communication was incredible. The check in went smooth. The place was pristine. Everything was clean and the home is very comfy. It is a great place to relax and get away from the routine. I recommend this place!!

We loved the nicely decorated apartment! The location is convenient but not too close to the very busy areas. The rooftop deck is nice for relaxing evenings. Check in was smooth. A great stay overall!

L’alloggio di Beatrice è un piccolo gioiello nascosto in una zona residenziale di Venezia. Oltre il muro d’ingresso si cela un bel cortiletto da cui si accede all’appartamento, un grazioso bilocale molto pulito, con una cucina molto fornita e una camera da letto molto spaziosa. Beatrice, oltre ad averci fatto trovare prodotti per la colazione, ci ha accompagnati personalmente all’appartamento e ci ha dato molti consigli su locali della zona e su come muoverci in città. Assolutamente consigliato!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans la maison de Marco. Elle est très agréable, le jardin privatif est un plus très appréciable, la maison est très bien entretenue, bien agencée, et très propre. Le quartier est beaucoup plus calme que les quartiers plus touristiques que l’on rejoint facilement à pied ou en bateau. Irene qui a été notre contact pendant notre séjour a été très à l’écoute de nos demandes et nous a renseignés à chaque fois avec beaucoup de réactivité et d’efficacité. Nous avons vraiment apprécié séjourner à Venise dans ce quartier et dans la maison de Marco.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön gelegen, man ist innerhalb von 15 Minuten mit dem Bus in Venedig, dieser hält quasi vor der Tür, auch der Airport ist sehr schnell zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen, sehr neu und sauber und man findet alles nötige für den Aufenthalt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und helfen einem schnell wenn man Fragen oder ein Anliegen hat. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

The place was comfortable, the owners let us put our heavy baggage before check in. We liked the double bunked beds and the garden outside. it was very peaceful around the place. We accidentally left the keys inside the house before coming out and locked ourselves outside, luckily the owner was kind enough to help us open the door. would definitely recommend, it was a comfortable stay

Paolo was the best host. Friendly, responsive, helped with getting our bags to and from the air bnb. Helped me arrange water Taxi. Always so kind. I couldn’t have asked for a better host or a better place to stay. We slept well, the place was so clean and close to everything we wanted to do. Highly recommend this place and this host!

A fantastic location to explore Venice. Very close to transport links but also really quiet at night. Comfy bed, added bonus of little roof terrace. Linda was super responsive and gave plenty of information. Highly recommended.

Ivan was an amazing host. Had everything we needed for the night stay. 3 rooms for my clan of 7. kitchen was cramped but the bedrooms were nice. the bathrooms were a little cramped as well but we made do. everyone had plenty of space. he even had coffee tea and treats for the kids!!! the showers even had shampoo conditioner and soap!!! when we're back in Venice we will be staying again! the kids didn't want to leave and head to Florence.

I cannot recommend Sam & his AirBnb enough. Such an incredible rooftop view of the city and centrally located to get around the city. Our deciding factor in choosing our AirBnb was the host’s reviews & Sam lived up to every expectation. 10/10 !

Great little spot in a good area of Venice. Host was great and gave personal intro to the space. Everything was clean and it was a small experience of being a Venetian.

The apartment is such a beautiful place to stay at. The location is excellent, we found lots of things to do and we always felt safe. Andrea is a great host and provided amazing recommendations. Will definitely stay there again on our next visit!

We loved our stay in Venice. The windows open directly to the grand Canal. What an experience! We loved the little sitting area by the dock. They coordinated breakfast for us and we out by the water. Best memory in Venice to be honest! Great service and food. Very helpful and would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home, which is located in what feels like a surreal spot in Venice. The apartment was spotless and perfectly clean, and we were especially grateful for the host’s flexibility with our check-in time. Communication was always smooth and quick, and we felt very well taken care of throughout our stay. As two architects visiting Venice for the Biennale, we found the location ideal — close to both Arsenale and Giardini. I would absolutely love to stay here again on my next visit to Venice, if it’s available.

Vraiment un très bon séjour. Incroyable le nombres d’attentions pour les voyageurs. Si vous avez oublié quoi que ce soit, Sara y a pensé pour vous ( condiments , épices , café , thé , produits de soin et entretien, jouets pour les enfants, cartes , documentations touristiques…) Très proche à pied de l’arrêt de bus pour Venise . Restaurants et épicerie à deux pas . Et surtout des hôtes admirables d’une gentillesse sans nom . Nous recommandons à 120% . Nous reviendrons !

Dies ist wirklich ein ganz wundervolles persönliches Airbnb! Man kann fast sagen, es ist eine schöne Wohnung inkl. unfassbar netter, unaufdringlicher Reiseleitung. Eigentlich beginnt es schon wunderbar, bevor man angekommen ist. Paolo hat uns ab Buchung äußerst nette, informative Nachrichten geschickt und sogar am Bahnhof abgeholt. Dabei hat er quasi eine kleine Stadtführung gemacht. Sowohl beim Check-in als auch -out waren Paolo und seine Frau sehr herzlich und großzügig und wir konnten die Koffer deponieren. Das große Apartment ist super geschnitten, sehr sauber und hat eine außergewöhnlich gute Ausstattung. Besonders hat uns der große, überdachte Balkon mit dem tollen Blick auf den Kanal gefallen. Giudecca hat eine friedliche, familiäre Atmosphäre. Man ist nur einen Katzensprung vom Zentrum entfernt. Es gibt gute Restaurants direkt am Kanal, einen Supermarkt und Fischladen um die Ecke. 這間房子非常舒服、乾淨又漂亮，空間寬敞，很適合多人一起來放鬆、旅行。屋內設備齊全，從廚房用具到生活用品都準備得很周到，住起來非常方便。屋主也非常親切熱情，不但主動聯繫確認入住細節，還貼心地推薦了許多在地好玩又好吃的地方，讓我們的行程更豐富。整體住宿體驗非常棒，很推薦！ 後院非常可愛！有私人停車場！
