Condo holiday rentals in Cannaregio Canal

We enjoyed our stay in Venice. it was nice to have a first floor condo. Raffaella gave great recommendations for food. Location is close to Waterbus and Gondola service. It was walkable to all the major sites The bed was very comfortable. All in all it was a great place to stay.

This was a beautiful, spotlessly clean apartment in a quiet area. The host was wonderful - providing recommendations, extra items like waters and slippers, and communicated wonderfully when we struggled with the lock. I would absolutely stay here again if I am back in Venice!

The apartment is very well located, large, well furnished, the bedding very comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and the terrace fantastic! More attractive than in the photos because there are plants. There is indeed an exhaust duct from the restaurant kitchens on the ground floor but this is not a problem at all, some smells in the evening, very good so absolutely not penalising. We took full advantage of this terrace, morning and evening! The neighborhood is very good, lively, small supermarket housed in an old theater next door as well as a bakery, ideal for shopping, not to mention the many other shops and restaurants, but the nights are quiet. The vaporetto stops are 5 or 10 minutes away, otherwise everything is easily accessible on foot. And Elena was very responsive and helpful, a great stay! We highly recommend this apartment!

It's a lovely and homely place in the middle of a busy touristy city. Feels very authentic, not just an empty space. Real plants, not something purchased from the supermarket, that kind of thing. The balcony is a lovely extra. It's not quite as free of noise as some of the other reviews suggest, there is a lively street just around the corner and the activity is present by moment, and the street below is narrow and used by local people. However, it was never too much, and mainly just added to our pleasure of the place, a 'real feel' that is specific to the area. We were very well looked after, and if we had friends visiting Venice we would definitely recommend.

If you are looking for the perfect place to stay in Venice, this is it! Beautiful place and was very comfortable. Hosts were extremely helpful and responsive to questions and assistance with private water taxis. Highly recommend this rental, couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Great location. Quiet area and walkable to everything we wanted to see. Raoul met us at check-in and gave us great local recommendations. Gelato shop around the corner was fantastic too!

Absolutely amazing property! Outside of the main tourist areas, so much more peaceful in the afternoons and mornings. Much more of a relaxed vibe and able to stroll throughout the day. The condo itself was in a perfect spot: directly beside a supermarket, restaurants and Murano Museo water taxi stop. This makes transportation easy to get back and forth from the main ports at Venice. The host also gave great directions on how to get to the unit with which lines to take, so make sure you ask if you’re having difficulty. They were extremely responsive and quick to help. The inside of the condo was beautiful itself and had all the necessities such as cooking utensils, pots, pans and most importantly coffee machine. I would highly recommend Murano Suites to anyone wanting a leisurely stay!

We had a wonderful stay in Venice at Nicola’s apartment on the canal! It has everything you need. A comfy bed, seating area, kitchen, bathroom and even a washing machine! Opening the windows onto the canal was really lovely, my only warning would be that there is mosquitoes at night from the canals. We loved our time here and would definitely stay again!

We are so happy that we found Gino's place. It was much cheaper than staying in Venice, and Venice was a short bus journey from the bus stop around the corner. The apartment had everything we needed and was thoughtfully prepared for our arrival. If we were to return, we would have no hesitations about staying here again. Thank you Gino!

A spacious apartment in the heart of Venice, a short walk from most of the sights.

We had a wonderful stay in Venice in Jessica's apartment. The apartment was impeccable, very clean, comfortable and ideally located to discover the city on foot. Jessica was an exceptional host, both responsive, caring and full of good advice that really enriched our experience. Thanks to her, our stay was even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this place to stay!

A true gem! The balcony really adds a unique dimension; to be able and watch every day life in Venice was so interesting. The apartment is in easy walk of great cafes and restaurants and handy for The Vaporetto and water taxis. We travelled with my 89 year old mother and were very grateful for the flexible check in after our early flight. We ate out each meal, so easy with so many great places in easy walking distance. Amongst our favourite, for breakfast was San Giovanni Vini e Cicchetti for fabulous chichetti !

Perfect apartment and neighbourhood to enjoy Venice like its inhabitants. It's all immersive and well-equipped. I would definitely recommend it for a long weekend and mornings to the sound of birds!

The hosts were really friendly and did everything to meet our needs. Very hospitable even with my molosser and they even gave him a welcome gift!!!! Always available and very kind. Comfortable and very clean environment. Very well stocked with everything. All that was missing were the chamomile sachets!!!! We also found soaps and shampoos for children in the bathroom!!!!! We took our two kids and they loved every minute. There is a large area that is enclosed for them to run around in and they enjoyed the swimming pool. The apartment felt like it had just been built, and the hosts were very helpful and friendly. We also made use of the bicycles with seats on the back for the kids. It took about 5 mins to cycle to the beach with them, lots of fun. Thank you so much for having us. We'll be back soon.

We had a great time in Venice. The apartment is close to the tram which makes it easy to get to the centre of Venice. All instructions were clear and the host is very responsive to messages. Our arrival was facilitated by the shuttle offered by the host. The apartment is as described I would recommend it

It was a very nice holiday. Parterre was great for our Sup's. There was everything you needed. However, placemats for the glass table are highly recommended. The beds were very comfortable. Friendly neighbors and everything within walking distance. Very quiet and pleasant. We will be happy to come back.
