Bright, Clean and quiet apartment facing a courtyard, well equipped and close to Montparnasse. The apartment has been totally refurbished in 2018, keeping the identity and the character of the building. You will find some good amenities, including all the necessary appliances (Washer, Dish Washer, etc) and small attentions to simplify your stay, and make you feel at home while on travel ! A large 43 screen in 4K, and a Gigabit internet access with gigabit Ethernet plugs & top Wifi.

In a pleasant area you will be close to Place de la République (15 min), the Marais district with its many shops and its famous Place des Vosges (and art galleries), or the Parc des Buttes Chaumont and Père Lachaise Cemetery. You can arrive so quickly in the Latin Quarter and Notre Dame Cathedral.

Former Parisian carpentry located at the back of quiet courtyard, completely renovated. We wanted to keep the soul of this place. That's why we kept original bricks there, moreover as you can see the decoration is deliberately made of raw materials in order to recall the artisanal past of the place. We hope you will feel good there.
