Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Canal de l'Ourcq

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war sehr bequem, sauber und perfekt für Familien mit Kindern geeignet. Unsere Kleinen haben sich sofort wohlgefühlt – es gab genug Platz zum Spielen und sogar ein paar Spielsachen vor Ort. Der Gastgeber war unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer ansprechbar, was unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

J’avais pris ce logement pour loger des amis pour mon anniversaire, donc je ne l’ai pas vu moi-même, mais le retour de mes amis m’ont dit que tout était très bien.

Everything was a breeze. Nice, clean and peacefull location for a family to stay before visiting disney. It was just perfect, great for the price. We did a bbq; great view as well. parking was safe and comfortable on the property. The plot is closed with a gate, so safe for little kids to just run around. Would stay again.

Séjour très agréable, parfaitement conforme à l’annonce. Propriétaire accueillant, disponible et attentionné. Le logement est propre et fonctionnel. Petit bémol : l'absence de wifi (indiquée dans l'annonce) et de box limite l'accès à la TV, mais cela nous a offert une belle opportunité de partager davantage de discussions et de moments ensemble. Nous repartons avec de très bons souvenirs.

Nous avons passé deux nuit chez Florence. Et je n’ai qu’un mot à dire : relaxant ! L’airbnb nous a fait penser à un chalet à la montagne. Je ne peux que recommander de séjourner là bas. La communication est fluide, et Florence et Romain sont des hôtes chaleureux ! Nova a été incroyablement adorable aussi à notre arrivée et départ ! Merci également à Isabelle pour la visite de l’airbnb. Nous reviendrons !

Sehr netter, herzlicher Empfang, unkompliziert. Hübscher Garten, tolle kleine, unabhängige Unterkunft, mit kleinem, separierten Aussenbereich, an einer kaum befahrenen Quartierstrasse, sehr ruhig. Sehr toll war der von Frédéric geführte Spaziergang zur Seine auf grünen Pfaden nach meiner Ankunft. Er zeigte mir viele Pflanzen am Wegesrand, die essbar sind. Meine Hündin wurde fürsorglich aufgenommen und durfte bei der Ankunft an dem warmen Tag, aus dem Miniteich trinken. Kommunikation trotz meinen spärlichen französischkenntnissen gut. Danke für die Gastfreundschaft, gerne wieder!

Très grande maison, tout est fonctionnel. Similaire à la description (chambres, salle de bains). Tout est à disposition pour se sentir comme chez soi. Idéale pour se retrouver entre amis.

Patrick et Laetitia ont su nous donner toutes les instructions nécessaires pour profiter au mieux de l'endroit en toute intimité, le logement est bien équipé, propre, calme et discret.

We had a great stay and Nathalie sent me great instructions to get to and from disney which was the reason for our trip. The apartment was spacious and clean and we enjoyed a go in the hot tub when we had chance. Very friendly hosts and always responded with any questions we had thank you for having us.

Erg gezellig huisje met een tuintje. Het dorpje is op 15 minuten loopafstand. Bakker op 5 minuten lopen. Host erg vriendelijk en heeft ons geholpen met tickets voor de tuinen van Monet. Omgeving mooi groen met leuke restaurants.

Très chouette location dans Paris - l’appartement a du cachet, il est bien agencé et joliment meublé, très lumineux avec une terrasse, en prime situé dans une rue vivante mais parfaitement calme la nuit. Terrible ( mais terrible ) boulangerie juste en bas, mais heureusement les 5 étages à gravir permettent d’éliminer un peu :) Les métros sont à quelques minutes, on est rentré du Trocadéro à minuit sans soucis. Arrivée et départ très arrangeants côté horaire grâce à la concierge qui gère les locataires, et Jean hyper réactif via l’appli. Vraiment rien à redire ce fut un plaisir.

The accommodation is equipped to relax, cook and caress the eye with its elegant aesthetic. Perfect address in the heart of the action, where there are many restaurants and cafes, a few steps from the Arc de triomphe. Yet with maximum tranquillity in the courtyard. This apartment is a real find - great value for such a central location. Minutes from the Arc de Triomphe and walkable to the River Seine and the Eiffel Tower. The area has a range of restaurants and shops. The apartment was clean and had everything you might need. It was very quiet for such a central location and a great place to relax after a busy day sightseeing. I would recommend this apartment and would return when next in Paris. Nicolas was wonderful responding within the hour to a last minute panic and sorting it out!

Très bel appartement . Conforme à la description, à proximité de l'arc de triomphe . Hôte réactif et disponible . Nous y avons séjourné 1 nuit, mais cela c'est très bien passé.

Environnement paisible loin de tous bruits. Hôte tres sympathique et réactif qui vous accueille à votre arriver. A recommander, très bon séjour passer dans cet airbnb !

Magnificent! Everything about staying in this amazing apartment was fabulous! It is bigger and more beautiful than the photos could show. The location was so very quiet, safe, and convenient. Two Metros are very close, Supermarche 20 (groceries) & Monoprix (USA version of Target) are a couple of blocks away. Tons of cute cafes, bakeries, and coffee shops all around! The building is stunning with a darling courtyard in the center. The apartment is spotless and fully equipped with all you need, everything listed is available and accurate. The shower is superb with options for shower heads (I am very short and didn’t want to wash my long hair every day so the hand wand was PERFECT). Plenty of hot water and water pressure. Loved that the toilet is in a separate room. The bed was so comfy with plenty of blankets and pillow options and we appreciated the area for hanging clothes and place to store clothing. The bottle of wine was such a thoughtful touch! Simone is a five star hostess!

Erg mooie cabine dat middenin een bos staat. Je hebt volledige privacy en rust. Als je geluk hebt, kun je ook loslopende dieren spotten. Alle benodigdheden zijn aanwezig. Een heel fijne plek om te overnachten en een erg fijne host die rekening houdt met je wensen.

Nous avons passé une super soirée au coin du feu avec de bonnes grillades achetées à 2 pas sous les étoiles. Le cadre est agréable, on déconnecte vite avec le quotidien et le superflu. Nous recommandons cet endroit vivement aux personnes désirant coupé avec la civilisation et se retrouver en toute simplicité à prix très attractif.
