The Montecristo four-room apartment, 200 meters from Fetovaia beach, is a large vacation home with a large terrace overlooking the sea where you can eat and relax in the shade of the wooden and bamboo pergola. Here you will find a living room, a double bedroom plus a single bedroom and a double bedroom. The third bedroom is double and the bathrooms have a whirlpool tub and a walk-in shower. It has air conditioning, a ventilation system with ceiling blades, a second outdoor shower and a reserved outdoor parking space.

You'll love my place for these reasons: the location, the outdoor spaces and the views, the reserved parking just a few metres from the house, and a car park just a few metres from the beach. My place is good for couples and families (with kids).
