The big house by the sea

The Montecristo four-room apartment, 200 meters from Fetovaia beach, is a large vacation home with a large terrace overlooking the sea where you can eat and relax in the shade of the wooden and bamboo pergola. Here you will find a living room, a double bedroom plus a single bedroom and a double bedroom. The third bedroom is double and the bathrooms have a whirlpool tub and a walk-in shower. It has air conditioning, a ventilation system with ceiling blades, a second outdoor shower and a reserved outdoor parking space.

Su due livelli, si trova a 40m dal mare. Dispone di uno spazio esterno riservato con lavatrice, barbecue e doccia, attrezzato con tenda parasole, tavolo e sedie. A piano terra è composta da camera doppia, bagno con box doccia, soggiorno con angolo cottura e divano. Al piano superiore si trova una camera matrimoniale e una spaziosa terrazza arredata con tavolo, sedie e sdraio. Entrambe le camere dispongono di accesso indipendente. Terrazza raggiungibile anche dall'esterno.

My accommodation is located in Patresi, a hamlet in the municipality of Marciana, in the western part of the island of Elba, facing Corsica. From the terrace, you can enjoy splendid panoramic views. You'll love my place for these reasons: the location, the outdoor spaces and the views, the reserved parking just a few metres from the house, and a car park just a few metres from the beach. My place is good for couples and families (with kids).
