Guests will enjoy 2 terraces with sea and garden views. You will be surrounded by the sea, the island of Elba and the trees of the garden, Magnolia, avocado, lemon trees.

We are a 6/7 minute drive from the beaches of M.di Campo, Cavoli, Fetovaia, etc. Our country has, in the center , a small medieval village and around other ancient historical sites. It is at an altitude. of 220 m , nearby there are woods that give an alternative to the day at the beach . From P.le Belvedere you can see the islands of Giglio, Pianosa , Montecristo and Argentario...... Given the altitude the temperature is always pleasant. It is immersed in a peaceful countryside surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and woodland and enjoys a beautiful view of the sea and the castle of Castagneto Carducci.
