The apartment is well located, comfortable and has 24h concierge. The co-host Cintia responded to me quickly, was very friendly, as well as demonstrating flexibility when possible. The kitchen and bathroom of the apto were well clean, as well as the bedding. The kitchen items are simple, but they catered for my short stay. I recommend it!

I felt at home for the entire period of my stay. The space is brand new, modern, decorated with super good taste and quality elements. The bedding and towels are soft and delicious, the air conditioning potent, the shower is wonderful. Outside that everything was extremely clean and well organized. Ivanete responds quickly and is extremely helpful and friendly. I had an unforeseen event and she was extremely solicited and helped me in a way that I will always be grateful for. The pool is beautiful and the gym is well equipped. The whole building is extremely new and modern, worth the choice too much! Luiza is very attentive and her home fully met our needs. The residence has everything for a family to spend comfortably from a few days to long periods. The condominium also has a bakery, restaurants, market and other essential shops for everyday life. As I needed to go to Campinas regularly, the location of the house in Sumaré facilitated my trips, as I quickly accessed the Anhanguera and Dom Pedro expressways and arrived at my destination in just over 20 minutes. We love the stay! I and my husband have spent 4 wonderful days. The house is simple but very cozy. Well-equipped kitchen. Very comfortable double room, great bed and waking up with the charming birds! Good Internet and TV with good streaming. The terrain eh totally surrounded our dogs had fun and relaxed. The area where the swimming pool above the house has a delicious lawn. Estrada and great access for those who come from São Paulo. We will return!

We really like to have the Carnival at the Teacara!!! pool always with warm water, spacious barbecue area, well distributed rooms, the suite is huge... equipped kitchen, has a very large room with 3 environments, living room with two sofas, TV room and two more sofas and the dining room. We spent a great carnival holiday in the house at the Red Castle. Spacious, clean, safe and with everything we needed. Communication with the host was great. High quality beds, mattresses and bedding. Bons utensils generally. Everyone liked it very much and intend to return.

My stay at the house was wonderful! Bethania was extremely receptive and attentive, always available and full of good local tips. The house is beautiful, well ventilated, organized and full of details thought out with affection. As a bonus, it is surrounded by the tranquility of nature. The location in Barão Geraldo is great, with access to public transportation and Uber, as well as a market and other amenities nearby. I was truly delighted with such a welcoming and peaceful environment. I highly recommend it!

Very clean apartment, bedding and extremely smelling bath towels, I have had other experiences in hotels in campinas that do not reach the feet in cleanliness and hygiene like here. I loved the experience, I really felt at home, I definitely indicate and I will come back.
