The place is very quiet, super clean and everything new and in perfect condition. The hosts are very kind, in the kitchen there is complimentary tea and filtered water. The rooms have microwaves and figrobar, so you can make a coffee, a tea or a small snack. There is a very beautiful park near Taquaral Park. I really liked it, when you went to Campinas again it was to stay there.

So, Algiers' place is Eliana it's ideal for you to stay a few days or a few months, the hosts are incredibly kind and friendly, always looking for the amenity of those who are there, not to mention the location of the place, which is spectacular, everything is very close (markets, pharmacies, restaurants, bars, etc.), I highly recommend staying there, if I go back to Campinas someday, I'll be back there.

Great stay. Everything very neat and clean. Check in was very quiet and easy and the check out too. All very polite and welcoming. I was very pleased as it was one of the few places in Campinas that accepted our medium-sized pet and were very attentive. I recommend the place.

It was an extraordinary stay; I have used AirBnB in more than 10 countries and I can assure you that I have not stayed in a better place than in the house of Argélio and his family. The place is extremely clean and cozy. For people looking to stay near Unicamp, there is no better place because they have all the amenities nearby, in addition to having the bus stop half a block away that leaves for free at the university. A safe and cozy place, highly recommended. Argélio and his family were attentive all the time during my stay. 100% recommended.

The place is great and exactly as described. The village has all the facilities such as a gym and breakfast at the flat. Nearby restaurants and great options for coffee, sweets and shopping. Raquel always very kind, attentive and responds super fast! I stayed for 4 months and loved it. Super I recommend it!

Argelio and his family are very considerate host. They were there to welcome me and my place was ready. It’s in a very amazing neighbourhood with lots of good bars and eateries in the vicinity. Unicamp is at a walking distance where I went to. Very nice host and great place. Will come again and stay here.
