The place is amazing! Those were very good days! The space is really great for those looking for a quiet place to be in touch with nature! The children had a lot of fun fishing and boating, we were able to be in contact with native animals of the region such as monkeys and exotic birds. The house is comfortable, it was clean and organized, everything as advertised. The hosts are very friendly and attended to us with great affection! Thank you Simone and Jackson for sharing this space with us! We will certainly come back more often!

We rented the house to go to the Americana Rodeo and had an incredible experience. Easy to find, Uber easy to find, bars, market, pharmacy and fast food very close to the house. The house has absolutely EVERYTHING and even more than we need (everything we were looking for somewhere had hahha), Gabriel was very timely, gave tips on places, and was very flexible. It has a private area with a yard and barbecue that we were able to enjoy a LOT, especially for the barbecue part, because it is a very nice space in the house. It was a very good experience, and if it's available, we'll be renting the house for the next rodeo. P.S.: Even the shower was very nice for the temperature and the cold it was (10°C). Lastly, super recommend.

Great stay, were quiet days. The House has a good structure and for me it was very nasty to be in the condominium where I grew up. Great place to go with children. Beautiful view!

The stay was simply perfect! The space is exactly as in the photos – clean, organized, cozy and with all the details thought out for the comfort of the guests. The location is also excellent, close to everything we needed. Andrea was a wonderful host, super attentive, kind and always available to help us with any questions. From the first contact, she showed a lot of affection and hospitality, which made all the difference in our experience. I will definitely return on future trips.

Everything is very beautiful and organized, the space is well planned, very good indeed, nice pool, gourmet area with a good space in general, a great place to spend with friends, I highly recommend it!!

We stayed for 4 days and it was GREAT! We had everything we needed in the apartment, everything clean, organized, the condominium was excellent and the host was WONDERFUL! Always responding quickly and helping us with everything we need ❤️

the weekend/ holiday was great at the homes of Ivanete and his Co-Hosts. really an amazing experience. had already rented another studio since the last time I was in Campinas, and it met our expectations. great space, with good lighting. beautiful and complete kitchen. there's no way, just cheer up. would come back several other times.

The apto is impeccable (thematic decoration a charm apart), clean and comfortable, all the utensils worked perfectly (all new). Henrique and Rosana village of Henrique and Rosana, they respond quickly, gave us hints of places. The hosts are committed to making the hosting experience the best possible, including open to suggestions to make the environment even more welcoming. We are very pleased with the accommodation, any other opportunity will surely return to Studio Senna.

We had a fantastic 4-day stay at Ivanete's Airbnb and it was exactly what we needed! The location was great, offering a peaceful retreat that wasn't too central but still conveniently located. We especially loved being near a very good bakery, which was a delightful bonus. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Check-in was incredibly easy, making our arrival stress-free. We would absolutely recommend Ivanete's place to other travelers and would happily stay here again in the future!

Tatiana and Claudia are extremely agile in the answers and always willing to help, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. The apartment is impeccable, well maintained and is located in an area full of leisure options, restaurants and conveniences. Without a doubt, I intend to return to spend a few more days and enjoy again all that the place offers!

Apartment very well located, in a green and quiet area, but a few minutes by car from the center of Serra Negra. Great for resting and at the same time enjoying the city's attractions during the day.

My second home! It's definitely the place I'll stay until the end of my master's degree. The apartment is excellent, complete! It is spacious, airy, and comfortable. The condominium is wonderful, safe and very close to everything I need. Maria is a sweetheart! Very attentive.
