The house is exactly like in the pictures. The leisure area (swimming pool, barbecue, sand court, etc.) is really the difference of the house. Beautiful and modern leisure area. The house where the bedrooms, living room, kitchen, etc are older, but it is well maintained, clean and has all the necessary utensils. We did the New Year dinner and there was absolutely nothing missing. The whole family loved it!!!!!

Very good space, easy communication, very cozy house

My stay was simply perfect! The house is huge, very well equipped, with all the kitchen and cleaning utensils I needed. The infrastructure is impeccable and I felt super comfortable throughout the stay. The site is amazing, with a wonderful view of the lake and a breathtaking sunset. Privacy was a great differential, I was able to listen to music, relax and enjoy with total freedom. The atmosphere is super pleasant, in the midst of nature and with tranquility that allowed me to rest and recharge. The host was exceptional: kind, flexible with check-in and checkout times, always proactive and responding super fast, giving me all the support I need. I was able to find the perfect balance between fun and relaxation. I recommend it with my eyes closed!

The house is wonderful and we spend great days! Casa clean, spacious, with all the utensils we need. Great location, close to market and everything we need. Safe house, despite being on the street, with a little guard that is in a guardhouse nearby. Claudia always super requests and with quick answers to everything we need. They were excellent days and we recommend it.

The apartment is wonderful, much more beautiful and cozy than in the photos. Everything was clean and new, with all the amenities we needed. Well located, close to everything. We did everything on foot, including my mother, who is elderly. Mr. Carlos is very polite and kind. It was a wonderful experience and we will definitely repeat it!

Caio's space is identical to the photos, very comfortable, new, clean, well equipped. The reception and parking were well attended by the reception and parking. It is possible to have coffee and lunch in the building. We had a problem with a stove and Caio soon provided us with a solution 😊

Our stay in Val's apartment (with Bruno's top support) was simply wonderful! From the first contact, we already felt that we were in good hands. Super attentive, they responded quickly and made us feel very comfortable. The apartment is a charm! Very clean, organized and with that touch of affection that makes us feel at home. Quiet environment… perfect for relaxing. The location also helped a lot — close to the center, but still with a peace that only the countryside provides. Val was super sweet and Bruno gave great tips on what to do there. I recommend it with my eyes closed! If you're going to Serra Negra and want a cozy place with really nice hosts, this is the right choice. We already want to go back!

The Apartment is simply fantastic, all very clean, new and organized, I have never seen an Airbnb like, my wife and I were unpredicted with the level of detail, better than many hotels, various items at the disposal of the guests such as soft drinks, beers, wines and coffee capsules, (of course, at a cost aside but for the practicality of having in hand is very worthwhile and it is not expensive), water, tea and popcorn as a courtesy, it even has a full first aid kit. The location is perfect, Mr. Carlo is very polite and easy to communicate with, always willing to answer any questions and with several tips for sightseeing in the city. We were greeted by Mr. José is also very punctual and polite. We will certainly stay with Mr. Carlo. I recommend it to everyone! 1,000 stars. Embrace Forte and Success!

Large house, well equipped and with great leisure options for the family — swimming pool, heated jacuzzi, soccer field and is still pet friendly! We celebrated my mother's birthday on one of the days, with a slightly larger number of people previously aligned with the host, who was always very attentive. The stay was excellent and super comfortable for everyone!

The villa is even more beautiful in person! The nearby lake gives a special charm to the place, and the treehouse brings that sweet nostalgia of childhood dreams. The countryside has a rustic and old style, but this does not compromise the experience at all – on the contrary, it only adds to the cozy atmosphere. The swimming pool was warm throughout the stay, allowing you to enjoy until the evening, and our dog had too much fun running down the lawn. We liked it so much that we wanted to stay until later on the last day. We definitely want to go back!

We spent the carnival family , and everything was perfect .. The house is exactly the same as the ad , easily accessible , for those who do not like to leave the house to go in long markets, there is a market near the condominium and you find everything in it . Carlos was a great host, removed all my doubts and was super patient , because I filled with questions rs The view of the house is beautiful and it is super spacious , has all household utensils, fridge and freezer work perfectly well . From the moment we arrived, we were blown away. The house is not just a stay — it’s a mansion nestled right in the middle of a reserve forest. Everything was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as shown (if not better). It’s spacious, clean, and every detail is thoughtfully curated. Honestly, it was the best stay we’ve ever had. Just a heads-up — it’s quite remote, which is part of its magic. But it also means that if you forget something or need food or supplies, it’s a bit of a drive to the nearest store or town. So, plan ahead and bring everything you might need. Still, 100% worth it for the experience!

The house is impeccable. Great structure, many suites, making guests comfortable. The house also has several common environments, making the experience even better. The outdoor/garden space is also nice. We took dogs and gave them a lot to play. And the pool is also very good! I'll come back again!
