The residence is in a completely renovated building. It has one bedroom with a king-sized 135cm bed, bathroom, very brightly-lit dining area with a 90cm sofa bed and fully-equipped kitchen. It has three large windows in the main areas, which, being in the corner of the building and facing out to the plaza, get a lot of light; thanks to the Valencian weather, you'll be able to enjoy sunny days for most of the year. Don't worry about a thing, you'll find everything you might need: clean bed sheets and towels, hairdryer, soap, kitchen items, coffee, tea... for you to relax and enjoy your visit in a cozy and quiet apartment located in the historic center of the town, just a few meters away from the Mercado Central (Central Market). It's located at the edge of a quiet plaza next to a very charming pedestrian street, with artisanal basketry and woodwork shops, very lively during the day but very quiet at night. No cars or bars. Plus, thanks to the ideal location in the historic center of town, between the Mercado Central (Central Market) (1 min), Lonja (1 min), and Plaza del Ayuntamiento (1min), it allows you to walk to the main sights in town in less than 5 minutes. Cathedral, Plaza la Reina, Plaza de la Virgen. Also, five minutes away you have the high-speed train station and the subway with a direct connection to the airport. The building has an elevator. The kitchen is equipped with: refrigerator, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, juicer. Private parking spot available upon request. Malvarrosa beach is 15 minutes away, by subway from the Xátiva and Colon station (5 minutes) to Benimaclet, connecting in the Tranvía. If you wish to visit the City of Arts and Sciences, you can take the bus (15 minutes). Plus, there are several Valenbisi parking lots less than 1 minute away, which enable you to explore the city or reach the Jardines del Real (del Real Garden) or Jardin del Cauce (Cauce Garden) del rio Turia (Turia River), , the Valencia Central Park in less than 5 minutes. The Cauce Garden of old Turia River is a green belt that connects the entire city, where you can spend the entire day walking under the shade of the trees while you visit several monuments until arriving at the City of Arts and Sciences. It's very easy to reach the apartment since the Xátiva Subway stop that connects directly to the Airport and the Train Station is 5 minutes away. I'll be glad to welcome you at any time of the day. Stroll to the Beach at El Cabañal from a Unique House

This is our retirement house, we will like to move here in the future, but in the meantime, we hope you have a wonderful stay, in Valencia trendy Cabañal. The house is from 1942, we have totally renovated and have divided it into two houses R and M. R house is located in the lower level. As you enter you will find the living-dinning room and the kitchen, they overlook the patio and make it a great place to enjoy. There is a heater on the patio, so you can enjoy it all year round, but we have very few cold days in Valencia. There is an upper floor that you access from the living room, that has three single beds (190x90). There is a small hallway in the living room, that leads to the two bedrooms. The first one has en-suite bathroom, with a shower, and the bed is 160x200. The second bedroom has a queen bed 160x 190. Next to it is the bathroom, which has a bathtub. As you enter the building there is a hallway, there you can find a closet, where you can leave your bags in case that you need an early check-in or late checkout. Also, you can find the drier and a washing machine. If you need any special service please let us know and we will try our best. The house is in the neighborhood of El Cabañal, a seaside village with restaurants, bars, and markets. It’s close to the beach and port, and only 400 meters from the metro station that has trains which goes directly to the city center and airport.
