The property was spacious and comfortable—perfect for our family of five. It had everything we needed for a cozy stay, and we appreciated the layout that gave everyone enough room to relax. However, it’s important to note that the home has four sets of staircases, so it’s not ideal for anyone with mobility issues. The town itself is very small and quiet, which some might find charming, but it also meant there were very limited dining options—only a handful of restaurants, and not much variety. Getting to Valencia turned out to be more difficult than expected. There were no taxis available, and Uber rides took about 30 minutes to arrive, so transportation was definitely a challenge. Overall, it was a pleasant stay for our family, especially if you’re looking for a peaceful, remote location and don’t mind planning ahead for meals and transportation.

Chris's place was as described. We enjoyed its location close to Valencia airport (40 min), the quiet area and the fact that we can walk to the beach. Chris was taking great care so we didn't miss anything. A few gourmet surprises were waiting for us when we arrived. It was nice! We would recommend Chris's place!

We stayed in this charming house in early June. The house is very clean and fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. If you like to cook, you'll definitely love the kitchen equipment and barbecue area. The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden that smells like flowers. There are several rest areas that allow you to completely relax and feel happy. On the second floor, there is a large balcony where you can spend the night in a comfortable four-poster bed, enjoying the starry sky and fresh air. The house is safe, which is very important when traveling with small children. We were very satisfied with this heavenly place. Isabella is an attentive host and it was a pleasure dealing with her. We will definitely be back here.

Carlos is a present and considerate host. He tried to please us in every way. The house is perfect, clean and tidy. There's nothing missing. It was very hot given the season and the particular historical moment, but at home between air conditioning and fan it was quite good. Maybe the master bedroom was a little warmer. We absolutely recommend this house for what we have said and also because it is quiet, in a nice neighborhood and is strategic to go to the sea and to visit nearby Valencia.

The place is pretty much perfect. Everything clean, tidy, comfortable, functional…. The surroundings are very quiet, although the beach is not suitable to enjoy the sand, because there is no, it is true that it is very quiet and spacious. It is also glued to the house. We will definitely repeat because everything has been facilitated , both to arrive and to leave the house. A 10

Cristina's place is amazing and she's a perfect host. We stayed here with a toddler and baby and were very comfortable. Close to the beach and to an awesome bakery, the beds are comfortable so you will get a good night sleep, and the 2 outdoor patios are five stars. The home is esthetically beautiful, you can see Cristina's artistic eye in the way the home is decorated. Cristina made available everything we possibly wanted - beach towels, umbrellas, even suncreen! There's a big difference between staying at an airbnb managed by the owner vs one managed by an agency. Cristina was very hands-on, she met us at the home when we arrived and throughout our stay was very attentive to our needs over text. She gave us many recommendations, almost every place we ate at was Cristina-recommended and was a good experience. I can't say enough about the many thoughtful touches in this airbnb experience. I can't imagine staying anywhere else in Valencia if we visit again.

We absolutely loved our stay ❤️ The house was clean and exactly as described including amenities. The street is quiet but if you go out and walk 200m from the house, you will find coffee shops, restaurants and cocktail bars and a lively square :) 10/10

We had a wonderful stay in this historic airbnb. Very close to the beach, quiet and cool during the hot days. There were many amenities and extras. Lots of towels too. We 100% recommend if you want a traditional experience.

Sid's house is a gem!! We were a group of 6 people and we just loved to be there from minute ohne. Sid was there to meet us when we arrived and he was very helpful and friendly. A very nice host! The place is just beautiful with the Patio, which we enjoyed very much after returning from a long day of sightseeing. There is also a lot of room for privacy,5 bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms, 1 small bedroom downstairs with the bathroom separate just across. Very big tables and enough places to sit and eat in the Patio or inside, just as you like. Washing Maschine and dryer, enough toiletries in every bathroom, trash bags,dishwasher taps, etc. ,necessary items which I miss in most Airbnb's. Metro Station, Supermarkt etc.just a few minutes on foot away. Very conveniently located! We had a great stay in the house and in Valencia. Highly recommanded, a wonderful house for friends/ families traveling together!

Very nice accommodation as described. We had a great service at 10 with thoughtful hosts. Very responsive and understanding, everything was done to make it easy for us to check in and out. I would recommend this place without a second thought for a great quiet, peaceful holiday close to a beautiful beach not invaded by tourists.

Beautiful view in a peaceful setting. The apartment was very clean, and the outdoor kitchen was a great bonus. The host was very friendly and helpful. As a family, we found several clean and beautiful beaches nearby. A car is essential to fully enjoy the area

We had a lovely stay at this Airbnb! The location is absolutely fantastic—just a 2–3 minute walk to a beautiful beach, which made our mornings and evenings extra special. The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped, perfect for cooking and enjoying meals together. The house has 5 bedrooms, which worked well for our group. While the rooms are more compact than expected, they’re comfortable and functional. It’s worth noting that the house is best suited for around 6 adults with kids, as space can feel a bit tight for larger groups. Some small quirks like a few windows that didn’t open/close easily and occasional pauses in the air conditioning didn’t affect our overall experience much. Also, there is private parking available—which is a great plus—though it took us a bit to figure it out as there were no clear instructions. Overall, it’s a cozy place in an unbeatable location. If you’re not expecting a huge villa and are okay with a more compact setup, it’s a great choice for a beachside

The house is as listed, amazing views right onto the beach. A lovely walk along the beach front. Mary was very helpful and responsive, giving lots of info on the area etc. The house is approx 30mins by car from Valencia City / airport, I would recommend having a car as the area can be quiet, especially in low season. Even though we had a car, we still took the bus into Valencia City on one of the days, it was approx 15mins walk to the bus and then 50mins on the bus. It was cheap and a nice journey through smaller towns, even our small children enjoyed it. There is lots to do and see in the area, again a car would make it easier to see around but there seems to be good bus links. The house had everything we needed for a very enjoyable stay. We felt very safe and at home throughout our stay.

We recommend 200/100 this spacious and very clean place. Listing photos are as described. We spent a week there and we were very satisfied. I highly recommend for people who come with family or friends: you will have all the comforts you need and much more. Roberto is a great host he deserves much more than 5 stars: adorable, listening he ordered us a baby bed and a kettle on the day of our arrival even though it was not included in the rental. Very responsive and really attentive, he welcomed us very warmly into his home. We'll be happy to go back. Thank you again so much Roberto and see you soon.

A lovely terrace full of character and reflective of the beautiful architecture of the El Cabanyal area. Loved the floor tiling and styling of the apartment. We really enjoyed staying in this neighbourhood, as opposed to the old town which is very busy. Was so relaxed and we felt like locals. Had a great meal at the nearby Anyora - highly recommend!

The house is big and very comfortable. The beds were perfect for resting and we were able to park right at the door. Maribel was very kind at all times. Everything great, I would come back without a doubt.

Our stay at the house has been very pleasant. Lena was always friendly, communicative and attentive. From the first contact he provided us with all the necessary information about the accommodation and also provided us with very useful recommendations about the village and its surroundings, which we appreciated so much to better enjoy the area. perfect little place to stay to explore valencia, and so close to the beach. we enjoyed all the Easter festivities that were so close. Laura was very quick to respond to messages.

We spent a few days in this lovely house and our stay was very nice. The accommodation is close to the beach, a supermarket and a 10/15min drive from Valencia. Our host welcomed us with small gifts (water, kinder for children for Easter) which is much appreciated. The place had everything we needed.
