"Alte Dorfschule" am Schweriner See

The 80m2 apartment is on the upper floor of an old village school in Wickendorf on the northern outskirts of Schwerin, 7 km to the centre. The Schwerin Lake is a few minutes walk away and easily accessible for a morning swim. The bright apartment with its own entrance consists of e i n e m large living/bedroom area with adjacent o f e n e r kitchen and a separate large shower room. There is a lot of space for 2-3 people and you will always find small artistic details in the apartment. The double bed has the dimensions of 2.0 x 2.0 m, a third single bed (normal size) Additional mattresses can be provided by the landlord. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge (without icebox) and an electric stove with oven. The car can be parked in the in-house yard. As a rule, the regular bus runs hourly to the city within 12 minutes. Also by bike along the lakes you are in the city center in about 30 minutes. Bicycles as well as the large, former school garden can be (co-)used with agreement. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Pets can be brought with the consent of the landlord.

Schwerin villa with garden

From the apartment to the nearest swimming facility in Lake Schwerin, it takes 3 minutes on foot... to the castle you can reach on a beautiful shore path in 20 minutes and the city center is not much further. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful... there is a small forest within a 3-minute walk. The apartment is cozy and spacious (120 square meters)... there is also a second toilet (not pictured).You have a terrace and can barbecue in the garden. Heating/hot water are guaranteed.

Our holiday home is located directly on the Ziegelsee. An absolute place of longing in nature! It has been completed in 2021. Very nice natural stone floor below, top wooden floor , floor heating functional kitchen, Miele dishwasher. We have a washing machine with dryer. The terrace is generously covered. Of course, there is sun and insect protection. The plot is has over 3000 sqm. We have our own lake access with jetty. The lake invites you to swim.

This special accommodation is 70 square meters and is ideally suited for 2-3 people (including garden use). The surroundings invite you to go cycling and hiking. In 7 minutes you can reach the center of Wismar by car. In about 15 minutes, our island of Poel, which is worth seeing, can be reached by car. Our granny flat is 30 sqm, has a cozy, large room with fireplace, a small bathroom and a small kitchen, it is 300m from the beautiful Zippendorfer beach and has a separate entrance. There is a parking space in front of the door, but please park in such a way that we can still get by with the bike! The garden is used.
