Superb stay. Stunning cottage and absolutely immaculate. Wayne and Kim were so helpful to accommodate us (including our 19 year old daughter who decided to join us at the last minute)! We feel lucky to have found this stay and extremely grateful. Location is fantastic - right beside the lake and an easy walk into town centre.

Lovely spot - excellent location to Claudelands Area for our Summer concert !! Super super clean - lovely kitchen with everything you need - lovely soft beds and special little treat of some wine and chocolates Perfect for our needs and Chris and Kathryn were always super quick when we asked a question !

First floor apartment in a block of four. Very clean, tidy and well appointed, very comfortable, good balcony area. Enjoyed our stay, would stay here again.

The unit was spacious, quiet and well appointed. A minor problem with the TV which was resolved by the host. Easy walking to good restaurants and a good base for day trips out of Hamilton. We enjoyed our stay

Great property, great host, and wonderful stay! The property is spacious, well appointed, very clean and fresh, and a retreat away from home! We really enjoyed our stay with 3 adults and 6 kids at the property. We had plenty of space, enjoyed the fireplace with the wood provided, and even the chickens. As we have chickens at home that just added to the appeal. This location worked really well for hitting the glowworms and Hobbiton!

We loved our three-night stay. The area is gorgeous and this place is lovely. Outdoor area is charming with a lovely rural view. The outdoor shower is nice and the outdoor bath exceptional. Both couples enjoyed two lovely nighttime soaks under the incredible starry sky. Helpful host and we appreciated the late checkout. Great tv for watch tennis, too!

We booked this house for our guests at our wedding. The house was so great and well worth the money. It was very big and easy to find plenty of parking and we will definitely recommend to anyone in the area

This place was amazing! The view alone is spectacular! The whole house revolves around this beautiful view and it is stunning. This is such a beautiful part of NZ. The rolling hills, the mountain, the beautiful cattle pastures, the bike trails and more just add to this awesome area. My family loved this house. There was so much to do, the hot tub, the basketball court, the trampoline, the games, the grill, and more. This house is decorated very well the linen, the beds, the living room are all beautiful. The kitchen is well equipped. The yard is beautiful. Catherine and Megan are excellent hosts. They are very helpful and kind. We truly appreciated them sharing their little slice of paradise with us. Pristine clean and gorgeous home presented beautifully with a gorgeous country backyard view. So lucky to find this gem so close to the Karapiro Lake and Cambridge town. Comfy beds and fabulous kitchen facilities.

I had a fantastic stay at Charlie's in Matamata, NZ! The house is new, very cozy, and exceptionally well maintained. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living and dining area, and a beautiful yard that's perfect for relaxing. The host was incredibly helpful and made everything easy and welcoming. The location is terrific if planning to visit Hobbiton the movie set which was a great experience as well and also a short trip from Rotorua. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay and exploring the beautiful surroundings!
