Peaceful and quiet with fantastic rural views, no street lights here just stars! Closest BnB to Hobbiton! and less than an hours drive to Tauranga, Rotorua or Hamilton. About 1 1/2 hours to Waitomo Caves, only 35 minutes to Mystery Creek Events Centre (Feildays site) and Hamilton Airport. Bedroom with Queen size bed. The bathroom is a semi-ensuite located in our laundry but solely for the guests use, there is a door directly from the room. Sadly our property is not suitable for children.
