This beautiful beach house sits right by the sea with direct access to the enormous sandy beach and dunes. A great space to spread and out and relax with family and friends, it is stylishly furnished and decorated, and well equipped with everything you need! It is our family holiday house, so is comfortable and welcoming - a perfect spot for anyone who wants to getaway in a really special home from home! We can often be flexible on check-in and out times to make the most of your time by the sea!

Jacks Cottage -

A beautiful oak framed building with great views of the south downs. Accommodation comprising of a comfortable lounge with TV and wifi and log burner. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, oven and microwave. One double bedroom downstairs with en suite shower room. Upstairs there is a mezzanine with two single beds and a sitting area above the lounge area with a bathroom with free standing bath. The outside space is a south facing patio with table and chairs and a BBQ is available.

St John | Rye, East Sussex

Set within the town walls of Rye, St. John occupies a former ambulance station, thoughtfully transformed into a four-bedroom home. Its history remains woven into the architecture, with references to its medical past and materials inspired by the medieval character of its surroundings. Beach house in Dungeness

Beautiful Dungeness house right on the beach with ever changing views of the sea all year round. The house incorporates an original train carriage and the living space is open plan. The well equipped kitchen includes a generous dining table and chairs, which also looks out across the beach. There are two double bedrooms within the carriage as well as a shower room. An ideal place to explore Dungeness as well as discovering the wider area including Rye, Folkestone and the Romney Marsh.

The Place in Rye is located in The Mint in the centre of historic Rye, and sleeps 4. The renovated cottage has 2 light and airy bedrooms with king size beds, ample storage and each has its own bathroom. There is a new kitchen, dining area and cosy sitting room, WIFI, TV and small library. A peaceful sunny courtyard has seating for 4. A car park is 50m from the cottage. Sorry we do not accept children under 12 or pets. Please ensure you book for the total number of guests staying.

The second floor Belvedere (lookout) gives extensive views across Rye bay to English Channel. A great base for exploring Hastings, Rye and East Sussex, or simply going to the beach. The Bath House is a truly unique property set in a renovated Turkish Baths. Built in 1868 the property was completely renovated in 2013 and now boasts 3 luxurious bedrooms, a massive 60ft by 40ft living room (complete with fully working bowling alley), a huge dining table for 14 guests and a secret cinema room.

The nature reserve is ideal for walks and birdwatching, and is home to the Discovery Centre where you can grab a coffee and learn about the area. There are lots of pubs, cafes, restaurants & a winery in Rye town, 5 minutes away by car. The house is also conveniently located for day trips to Winchelsea and Camber Sands.

Awesome weather boarded beach house on the stunning sandy beach at Camber, East Sussex, under 2 hours from London. Enjoy barefoot beach living in a gorgeous house where the beach is your front garden. Up to two well behaved dogs welcome at £35 per dog per stay. Dogs have free run of the entire beach from October to May. Between May and September you will need to walk 50 metres along from the house to reach the dog friendly section of beach.
