Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Calp

It's been a wonderful stay. The house complies with all amenities. Carlo was always quick to respond to our inquiries. The beach (Cala) is a 17 minute walk where there are routes to do. The gem of the house is the view. Very quiet area. The communal pool you have access to is right in front of the house. Everything was perfect.

The purpose of the trip was for my brother in Germany and me in America to meet half way, to celebrate our 50th birthday together. We stayed for 14 days. I was accompanied by hubby, daughter, and family friend. We rented a car at Alicante airport, and we arrived at AIRBNB within 30 minutes. Thanks to prior excellent instructions of our host Marie, we had great directions and it was a pleasure to stay at this amazing AIRBNB. The view was fabulous over the Mediterranean Sea. We enjoyed the quiet setting and felt safe in the neighborhood. Weather was beautiful in December. We enjoyed home cooking in fully equipped kitchen, closed out our days with evening walks and sitting on front porch. We recommend sightseeing of castle in Guadalest, waterfalls in Algar, lookout deck in Benidorm, all of Alicante, canelobre caves in Busot. Trip to Alhambra in Granada. Beaches and restaurants in El Campello. We're thanking Marie for excellent communication and wish her all the best in the future.

For a couple (with or without children) who want to visit the area, Elisa's place is a fantastic option. The house is not very large, but it has everything you need to feel very comfortable in it. It has been recently renovated, the kitchen is new and modern, the bathroom is spacious, the bed has a very hard mattress (we like them like that), and the sofa bed in the room is also quite comfortable. That yes, the streets of the village are very narrow and it is something uncomfortable to move the car through them..: but luckily, there is a public parking that you will find on Google Maps just a two-minute walk away. What I said, completely recommended! We will for sure be going back!

A modernised, comfortable and tastefully decorated villa. A lovely private pool and garden area. We stayed in February and used the wood burner fire and air con heating and we found it cosy. A short walk to the beautiful rocky coast, or a safe cycle 10 minutes along the coastal path in to Denia centre , where we enjoyed restaurants, bars, markets and shopping. Lots going on in Denia, Padel courts, indoor swimming pool, gyms, spas, etc. Eric and Sophie were very responsive hosts, and we would definitely recommend their villa to other guests.

We had a great time at Maria's Casa by the sea❤️. Maria is super caring, and responds immediately if we had a question, we lacked nothing. She is really 100% ready for her guests. The location is really super nice, lovely by the sea and a nice swimming pool. From the house you can easily take the tram to Alicante. RECOMMENDED and certainly subject to repetition.

Good stay. The hosts are very pending. We ordered heaters and something that was missing and they brought them to us right away. Good location, good apartment, good views. Cozy, lots of light. I recommend it.

Great apartment, very nice and responsive hosts! Beautiful area, quiet, quiet, all infrastructure, parks within walking distance. Downtown is nearby. We felt so comfortable. There was never any noise from the neighbors or the street. We were resting. The apartment is equipped by all necessary. Very comfortable bed. Super fast internet. Recommended for long stays, family and business trips. We were happy to come back to this house!

Enjoyed a very good stay here in November 2024. Everything was as described / pictured, and Valentin is clearly very a organised host with everything we might need from bin bags to cooking equipment on hand and easy to find. Location is good for getting to the city centre (less than 20 mins on foot) or getting to places up the coast via tram (nearest stop less than 5 minutes away) and there is a decent range of restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance. Valeria's apartment is great, with everything you need in toilet and kitchen. The apartment is very clean, the shower power is very strong and nice. Access is easy and always attentive. It features a parking space that we do not use but there is a parking for non-residents nearby.

What an apartment! Everything we needed and more. An extremely spacious apartment in the best location. The apartment has so much natural light and options to open sliding doors to let in fresh air as well as an aircon unit. Very easy to get to, close to everything and worth every penny.

A lovely stay in a beautiful location. The beach view was spectacular every morning. The apartment was clean and well laid out with air conditioning for the warmer days. The construction work was particularly challenging most mornings due to the noise early morning however, once it is complete, it would be a great peaceful stay.

Close to most of old town gandia. great apartment and host provides as much info on town as realistic. if coming back to gandia will be happy to rebook with Caroline.

Lovely place - open, light and with a beautiful view. Walking access to beach was brill, and had playgrounds nearby which was good for our son. Tram was pretty accessible to town centre as well.

The listing is as described and photographed and is perfect for a couple. The parking space in the residence and the supermarket less than 5 minutes walk away are real assets. The terrace was also very nice. We would recommend this listing.
