Welcome to our modern, luxury home on the permanently sunny Costa Blanca. Spread over 400sqm, our house is large, bright and airy with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. A large open living space boasts a fully equipped Scandinavian designer kitchen (WMF/Smeg equipment) and an incredible coffee bar with 3 different coffee machines including a Rocket & Jura. The outdoor area has a heated pool and terraces with views of the Ifach rock. To round it off we have a Technogym equipped gym in the basement.

Semi-detached villa with heated private pool, located in a very quiet neighborhood 600 meters from the center of Calpe and shops and 1.2km from the beach. It has three double bedrooms with two double beds and two single beds . It has two air conditioners located in the living room and in the dining room to cool the house and the third one in the parental bedroom. Two bathrooms with shower, the first is in the double bedroom and the second is very close to the other two bedrooms.
