De accommodatie is wel gelegen naast onze mooie manege; wij proberen zoveel mogelijk rekening te houden met onze gasten wat betreft (geluid)overlast, maar er wordt wel gewerkt om onze paarden te verzorgen. The lodge is located approximately 10 km from the beach and you can also make many nice trips. Visit Enkhuizen, the cheese market in Alkmaar or take the train to Amsterdam.

Aan de Westzijde van het eiland nabij de bossen en het strand met vrij uitzicht over de weilanden, de duinen en het kerkje van Den Hoorn. Hazen, buizerds, kiekendieven en uilen komen regelmatig een kijkje nemen bij Heidehof. ‘s Avonds geniet je hier van de mooiste sterrenhemel van Nederland, warm gehouden door het houtvuur in de vuurplaats.
