Ca'n Bou is a brand new house with 4 bedrooms with bathroom en suite, 200m2 of living space, 200m2 of terraces and 12x4m swimming pool. It is located in the center of the island, about 20 minutes from the beach. We have fused modern elements with charming traditional Mallorcan architecture, using local materials such as lime paint, wood and stone to ensure a sustainable approach. The result is a welcoming environment to immerse yourself in the rich culture of Mallorca.

Located 50 meters from the central square of the village of Sóller, this old village house has been beautifully restored and converted into 8 unique apartments and suites. 'Ca'n Puig de Sòller' has been in the family for over 100 years. We have preserved and restored the original furniture and combined it with modern comforts. We have a beautiful 19th century garden, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. We use local and sustainable products and services.
