We rent our cozy apartment in this wonderful north part of Mallorca. Apartment of 40m2, with one bedroom, bathroom, wardrobe and livingroom with a kitchen and a sofa bed. The apartment is brand new and it's only 100m far from one of the best beaches in Mallorca with better water (Cala Molins). The apartment has also a laundry, with washer machine shared with the owners. Car park is fully guaranted in this zone. You can park the car on the same street for free, or also into two publics car parks (free also) just infront of our house. Children are very wellcome to our apartment, and it's free of charge for children under two years. We also have a cradle in case you need it.

Charming and beautiful house with garden

It is a cozy house with a lot of soul. The decoration recalls wonderful places in the world, memories of my travels. The location is perfect to enjoy the sea or the mountain, 3 minutes from them. It is a very comfortable house, to enjoy as a couple or family of the terraces that surround the house, of the 3 bedrooms, large dining room, open kitchen and a lot of garden. Intimate, silent and practical. Kitchen and bathroom renovated. You will love her as I do. The photos are not fair to reality;(

Beautiful house in the Sierra De Tramontana

Welcome to Villa Can Troque, a villa surrounded by the majestic Sierra de Tramontana. The villa has a rustic decoration style with some modern touches. It is 7 km from the center of Pollença, about a 10-minute drive. From the villa you can do several routes through the Sierra de Tramontana both on foot and by bicycle. Ideal for people who like hiking or cycling tourism. It's a very quiet area surrounded by nature, practically without noise, fantastic for disconnecting.

The apartment is located 150 meters from the wonderful crystal clear water beach called Cala Molins. It has 2 bedrooms (one double and one with two single beds), air conditioning along with all the equipment. Due to the Balearic law, you have to pay the eco-tax, which is 2 euros per person per night for those over 16 years of age.

We are a couple that live in the countryside, and that we like the contact with nature. We offer this for our house, in which to enjoy a few days of vacation in this environment. Ideal to disconnect from everyday life. We also offer a nice fireplace for the nostalgic of the cold, and we make available firewood for its use.
