Villa holiday rentals in Cala Sant Vicenç

A fantastic property in a beautiful location. Per previous guests the photos do not do justice to the beautiful setting. The pool area is amazing. The location is a 15 minutes walk to the edge of the old town or a 3 minute drive to a free and spacious car park. The host was responsive throughout, sending clear instructions and even checking we got into the property okay on our midnight arrival. We had a perfect stay.

The accommodation was very comfortable and suited us perfectly. The garden was extensive, beautifully maintained by Shaun, and the pool absolutely sublime - with distant views to the sea. We would highly recommend Can Pax.

The space is really beautiful. The view and the sunsets are breathtaking. The house is also not noisy, which is great, especially when traveling with children. The beds are large and cozy. The kitchen equipment could be a little more generous, but it wasn't bad at all. There were not enough small bowls, large spoons and wine glasses. Once the gardener wanted to cut the hedge on the property at 10 a.m., when we asked him to leave, he reacted very nicely. The house is otherwise also super located, you can get everywhere very quickly. A big plus was also that you could still book the heating of the pool. The water was therefore very pleasant for swimming in May. I highly recommend the accommodation and would come back any time.

Serra was awesome. Easy reservation and check in. Place was wonderful. Beautiful pool, beach, walking distance to park, market, and restaurant which was the best place we ate at during our month in Spain. Pool was nice and had toys and floats.

Domingo was a fantastic host. Came round to give a personal greeting and to see if there was anything that we needed to enjoy our stay. Very helpful with recommendations and how to get around.

We had a great stay at Daniel’s for a group cycling trip. The house had great proximity to the restaurants and stores in Port de Pollensa and access to the best cycling routes in the island. The house was large and fit us well. Great outdoor area and pool. We wish the weather was nicer, but we enjoyed a dinner or two outside on the terrace. Would definitely return again.

We spent a wonderful week at Jo's beautiful finca. The house was spotless and very well stocked - the kitchen has everything one could need! We visited with six adults and two small children and the set up was ideal. The pool and the garden area is incredible. Could not recommend more and hope to return!

The house was beautiful and quiet. The rooms as well as the bathrooms were very clean and nothing was missing. The kitchen has everything you need. The best part of the whole house was the pool where you can really stay the whole day. We had a great stay!

Petra's accommodation is so beautiful and we all felt right at home. The house was furnished with a lot of attention to detail and is superbly located. Petra is super nice and accommodating and wants everyone to have a good time. We would definitely come back.

Perfect in all aspects. Would highly recommend. A great space for the whole family but equally private if you wanted your own space. We loved the front terrace to have a drink in the evening. Walking distance to the Port and great with access for buggy’s. Loads of little play areas for the kiddies to play in along the beach. Fantastic and can’t wait to stay again :)

Super nice stay with an extended Family of 7 adults and 3 kids. Very helpful in the alignment upfront and provision of child stuff (high chairs, cods, etc.). Swift maintenance support. We had a week of bad weather and the finca is very warm / cozy and light also inside and we were super happy to have chosen this place. Best thing was that Virginia also accommodated a late check out as there were no other guests coming the same day. Will definitely rebook when coming back to Mallorca. Thanks for the nice stay!

Beautiful villa on the beach. Not necessarily a beach for swimming, but at a short distance there were super beautiful other beaches. Perfect views and nice restaurants within walking distance

Wonderful house! Great welcome with surprises and delicacies! Thank you for this, we felt welcome! Dish soap, coffee, basic amenities available, as well as towels and linens. The additionally ordered crib was also available. The wonderful pool, terrace, as well as the view over the bay is a pleasure, especially in the evening hours. The kitchen & also the barbecue on the terrace, was equipped with plenty of gas, instructions in various. Languages for everything were available. All in good, clean condition. Unfortunately - an electric roller shutter had completely disappeared in its box after operation of the switch & made terrible noises, which is why we opened the box: it was torn by a suspension. The personal welcome the next morning, absolutely warm! Existing issues with the shutter were immediately admitted, a repair announced. This did not happen during the week, which is why the box remained open. An invoice to us for this? Not OK!

Great house in a great location! The house met all our expectations as a group – we had a great time. Two small things could be improved: In the kitchen, a few extra cutting boards as well as dishwashing detergent and sufficient garbage bags would have been helpful – garbage bags are part of the basic equipment for us. There was also no soap in the four bathrooms, which should also be part of the basic equipment. The beds were fine, but not particularly comfortable. Nevertheless: We felt very comfortable and would recommend the house!

We had a lovely time! Botana 7 was a great base. Practical, solid and spacious house. Comfy beds, good showers, well equipped kitchen. We loved the wood burner in the evenings. So cosy! Mallorca in November is a fab time to visit. There are fewer people and so visiting Valdemossa, driving the Sa Calobra and the walk to Torrent de Pareis plus visiting Formentor is easy. Weather warm & sunny.

We (2 adults + 2 small children) booked the accommodation for 11 nights. Absolutely beautiful finca, very quiet despite the road (did not bother us, although we are a bit fussy about noise). The amenities are great. Great kitchen, very clean and stylishly furnished. Pool and backyard just great. Also the location, in 3 minutes you can reach supermarkets and the beach is 5 min (Can Picafort) and about 15 min in Alcudia (fantastic beach). We can absolutely recommend the accommodation and will definitely book here again.

We stayed 5 nights in the house on the hill. We loved the house and the spectacular view. Fantastic energy, tranquility, electricity from solar cells and drinking water from natural sources. Pep was a perfect host who helped us before the stay with bookings of padel and spa, he guided us during the stay and even came with a bag of freshly picked oranges. Even after the stay, he has been available to us and we are very grateful and can only give the place our best recommendations. The house was fully equipped with kitchen utensils, spices, toilet paper, rubbish bags, delicious towels, bed linen, etc. Pep had recommended us to rent a small car, but we had already booked a medium-sized car and it required a little skill to drive up the hill, but it went without problems.
