Holiday rentals with beach access in Cala Sant Vicenç

Great apartment, as seen in the photos, Puerto Pollensa is a beautiful place. This location is ideal, an extremely pleasant stroll along the seafront into the centre of town, and beautiful swimming spot on your door step. Prestige Villas where very easy to do business with and would not hesitate to use them again.

Superb view and location! The most convenient and beautiful spot. Beach out the front, crystal clear water, a stones throw to cafes & restaurants, and shops. Easy access to walks, convenient parking. We were a group of 6 + a toddler and it worked well. The large balcony was great for all to sit around and enjoy the view. Kitchen sufficiently equipped to cook dinner for 6. Antonia is a great friendly host who met us on arrival. Very responsive to queries. Easy instructions. Highly recommend this lovely spot!

The apartment was fabulous. Spacious, clean, very well equipped - it literally had everything we could have wanted and needed. Location is perfect, next to lots of shores, bars, restaurants and the beach is across the road. Toni was extremely helpful and responded to questions very quickly - pretty much instantly. Toni provided suggestions for local restaurants and told us about local farmers markets. We are cyclists and there is even access to the garage to store our bikes, tools etc. We were very pleased with all aspects of the rental and we will definitely use it again when we are in the area. Highly recommended.

Very central location, close to the beach and restaurants but also in a relatively quiet street. We could hear a little bit of street noise but totally acceptable and there are no open noisy terraces or bars in the close neighbourhood. Nice apartment with nice deco and well equipped. Felt cosy. It was ok to find a parking space in April but maybe check with Charly if you visit during the summer. From Port de Pollenca we visited and hiked both peninsulas: Formentor and Alcúdia. Great landscapes. Globally, very satisfied with our stay.

Great Views across the bay Quiet location short walk from restaurants Very spacious - would be very good value of money with more than 2 people well equipped kitchen 2 flights of stairs mean you need lighter suitcase than we had !! Handy washing machine for clothes Was a good location for cycling heating worked well to keep us warm in the cold weather we had whist in Majorca - we didnt use air con so cant say how well that would have worked handy electronic gate and front door access, and lock box to get in Shower good in bathroom - but it did run cold fairly quickly meaning you had to stagger having showers. we will look to stay here again

We returned to an area we know well so knew what to expect. We had a lovely stay and Claudia was a great host.

I want to commend Mike on being a wonderful host and providing a welcoming place with a perfect location. Sitting on the expansive balcony looking out at the sea, being able to walk to incredible hiking trails, and a close car ride to experience great sightseeing were highlights. We were there during off-season and many restaurants and stores in the area were closed but it did not distract from our thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Great quiet location as we were looking for. The accommodation is very well-equipped inside and out. Everything is well thought of, nothing is missing. The accommodation is optimal for couple. We had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa in Mallorca! The location is perfect — just a short walk to the beach, which was ideal for our group. We stayed with two families, and the villa was incredibly spacious, offering rooms that easily accommodated everyone. One of the highlights was the huge garden, complete with a playground area for the kids. The villa was also very well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay — from kitchen supplies to beachtowels and even toys for the children. It truly felt like a home away from home. We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this villa to anyone traveling with family or a larger group!

We had a wonderful time at Guillem's place and would love to come back next year. The place and bedding is clean, has all the basic bathroom and kitchen utensils, including some welcoming drinks. It has a lovely terrace, where we enjoyed our morning sun breakfasts, after which we would then headed to the beach which is less than 50m away. You can see the sea from the roof terrace. Some beach toys for the kids were also available. Guillem and his mother were very welcoming, flexible and communicative. A great stay overall!

We were a group of 4 and absolutely loved Ignacio’s home. It is just as, if not better than the photos - clean, spacious, modern and beautiful. Perfect for relaxing and enjoying the pool and view. Ignacio was very helpful and responsive with communication. The home is located further away from the main sights in Mallorca, so perfect for a quiet weekend away to spend quality time with friends.

We had an amazing stay here! Marta was so hospitable and met us to walk us through the property. The place was so spacious, we loved the patio and kitchen and having laundry. Walking distance to grocery store, bars, restaurants, and the water. Marta graciously gave us great recommendations for calas in the area. If you are looking for a quiet, cozy, comfortable stay with everything you need, this is it!

We had a wonderful time at the accommodation, which is highly recommended. It had everything you could wish for and everything was clean and tidy. Antoni was very easy to contact, flexible and helped us immediately with any questions we had. We would love to come back :-)

Very comfortable home in a fantastic location. Would love to return. We went at the end of the season and so it was quiet and peaceful but restaurants were still open

We had a lovely time here. It’s the perfect base for exploring the north of the island. The terrace and privacy of the bay are unforgettable. There’s everything you need in the house. For children there’s a playground nearby. There’s a lot of stairs at different angles which wasn’t a problem for us but could be to those less able bodied or clumsy so just something to be mindful of. The host was fantastic, thanks so much!

Stephanie was a fantastic host—very responsive, proactive, and helpful. The flat is well-equipped, though there was barely any soap and no shampoo or shower gel provided. The kitchen, however, is fully stocked with everything needed for cooking (check the shelf under the cooker hood for salt and spices). The space is generally clean, though there’s a slight trace of sand, but it’s not an issue overall. The main drawback is the lack of direct sunlight in the apartment. When we arrived in early November, it felt a bit chilly and humid, but thankfully, there’s a heater inside. The location itself is magnificent, especially if you’re a cyclist. It’s very calm and cozy, although you might hear some faint noise from a nearby hotel disco around 11 p.m., which isn’t a major concern. Overall, it’s an excellent choice if you’re looking for a calm and pleasant place to stay. My recommendation!

We had a great time at Luis's place. Listing is clean, as described, and very convenient. There is a beautiful view of the mountain from the balcony. In addition, the rental of the apartment was perfect, the beach and shops are nearby. The residence is also very quiet, with a beautiful swimming pool:) We recommend staying at Luis's place, if you are visiting Alcúdia!

We had an amazing 4 week stay. Very child friendly and spacious apartment. The outdoor area and pool were widely used. Had everything we needed. Jasmina was nice to communicate with and responded quickly to messages. Would love to come back!

Xisco’s place was perfect as a base to explore the area. He was very helpful when we asked for recommendations for e-bike hire. The apartment is perfect and we would certainly stay there again next time we are in Mallorca. Brilliant, thanks Xisco.

We had a wonderful stay here, thank you. The view from the balcony is beautiful and well worth the slightly longer walk uphill than properties lower down. Parking is very easy and the ground floor layout and entry makes everything easy. Very comfy bedding and well equipped apartment.

We had a wonderful stay! Antonia and Antoni explained to us in advance how to easily find the apartment and Antoni waited for us even though our flight was delayed. He even offered to take our first shopping. On site, he showed us around and explained everything. Also during our stay, Antonia and Antoni were always available by phone if there were any questions. In the apartment, everything was very clean and there was everything you needed. Soap, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, towels, bed linens. Everything was there. Even the basics for the kitchen like salt, spices, oil and even drinks and a fruit basket. The kitchen is well equipped and overall we simply lacked nothing there. The apartment is located in a beautiful area where restaurants, the beach and small shops are within walking distance. The pool was clean and big enough to swim a bit. The roof terrace invited us to stargaze.
