Holiday rentals with beach access in Cala Sant Vicenç

We had a great vacation at Maria’s apartment in Alcudia. The description matched just fine and the flat was in pristine condition. One major plus is the view from the huge balcony. You can even see Menorca whenever the weather is clear enough. Everything you could possibly need for your stay is 5 minutes of walking at max so the location of the flat is awesome. We had an absolutely fantastic long weekend in Mallorca, largely thanks to Ed & Wayne’s wonderful apartment. It’s fully equipped with everything you could need and located in a truly stunning spot in Port de Sóller – waking up to the view over the bay was pure joy. Everything was perfectly taken care of, and communication was smooth and warm. Highly recommended!

We had a great time and would recommend this flat and Miguel as a host. A nice location just at the beach with kitesurfing opportunities directly at your house. Very quiet, which is a big advantage of being located a bit outside the area of Alcúdia (so a car or bicycle is recommended to make most of the gorgeous surroundings). We loved this place as a starting point for cycling as well. The flat is as beautiful as on the pictures seen already. We’d love to come back one day!

Excellent Stay - Highly Recommend! Our host was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to help us throughout our stay. The apartment was very comfortable with all the amenities we needed, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. Communication with our host was seamless from start to finish. They provided us with detailed guides and recommendations that really enhanced our trip. Their friendly and helpful nature made us feel right at home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Lovely neighborhood. And wonderful base for exploring north side of the island. Restaurant tips were great, too. We would happily stay there again.

Thank you for the nice stay. The apartment is as described in the photos. We had two little things that didn't work and Charly took care of them right away! Like a new coffee machine. In the apartment, it is unfortunately a bit noisy very early in the morning (4-5 am) because the glass containers are emptied at this time. But that's such a Spanish thing. We have had this experience elsewhere.

Wonderful sea view location. Balcony to have breakfast on in the morning, very peaceful. Everything needed in the apartment, on arrival milk, juice, tea, biscuits all provided. Margalida welcomed us and gave useful information where to visit, restaurants etc. There are sun beds in the apartment to take down to the beach. The sea is beautiful to swim in. Walks from the apartment easy and flat. Wonderful historical towns to visit. Everything you would want in a stay, great location, well equipped roomy apartment, comfy beds. We shall definitely visit here again. Thank you Margalida- you are a wonderful host.

Maria’s apartment was fabulous, right across from the beach. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops only a short walk away. Such a beautiful view to enjoy each day. The apartment had everything we needed. We had a couple of minor issues during our stay but Maria couldn’t have been more accommodating and helpful, all of which was resolved within hours of reporting the problem. Highly recommend.

Our stay was incredible. We had everything we could possibly need and were pleased to find the house with more space than expected. The location can not be described. Peaceful. Views i couldn't imagine right from the balcony. Gloria had quick and friendly communication throughout. Close to hikes and ocean. Will stand out as the most magical stay in all of our travels. Ideal location for a family vacation. Paco was the perfect host and always available. The house is in pristine condition and he even provided more than what was advertised. Paco is very communicative & friendly. We hope to return again!

The apartment is equipped with every comfort. Great cleanliness and location, secluded as I like it. We had a pleasant relaxing week. Jaume was always responsive and friendly. A great retreat to definitely come back to. The road to get there is unpaved, but just be careful and there is no danger of ruining the car. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

We loved it. Stayed here on our mother-daughter holiday. Great hikes from the door - both short and long, easy and more challenging. The house is very special. We'd both live there if we could! Beautiful and breezy with lots of windows, clean, comfortable. Gorgeous leafy courtyard to sit in, and a balcony too. Beds were very comfy, the bedlinens were really lovely cotton. Pots and pans, plates and glasses, cutlery and cooking tools, corkscrew, lemon juicer, and grater - it had everything! Honestly can't think of a bad thing to say about our stay. Maria is friendly and helpful - we both really liked her. She gave us lots of interesting and useful info about the house, the village, and local walks.

Miquel and Rosa's house wouldn't be as good if they weren't the owners. They were kind enough to wait for us even when we arrived late due to a flight delay. They were cordial and left many things in our reception. The house was sparkling clean (I don't think we've ever been to such a clean Airbnb). It is comfortable and spacious for a family (we were 4 adults and two small children). With regard to the location, it is convenient for walking to the downtown area of Can Picafort, and a 3-minute walk from the beach. If you move around the island like we do, it is 200 metres from the road that takes you to many other places in Mallorca. You can park at the door (at least during June, I don't know what it will be like in high season). We will definitely return and strongly recommend this accommodation. Everything perfect! Just got back for a week stay. 2 young children and grandparents and it was honestly perfect! The property itself is fantastic with separate loving spaces that allowed you to get space if you needed. The outside was amazing. The pool one of the largest pools we’ve had, a hot tub, sandpit for the kids (and a sauna but we didn’t use that) The pool table was a great extra touch and there was plenty of outside seating I. A spacious but private garden. Toni was a fantastic host, responsive and helpful. It’s walking distance to the beach and plenty of restaurants. And there is a supermarket within a couple of mins walk. Would highly recommend this place and would happily return.

Had a lovely stay at Can Content. Catalina was super responsive and helpful for the duration of our stay. Would highly recommend staying here. Local restaurants are a short walk away and was ideal for our race with quick local taxis.

Marti’s home is fabulous - located in a quiet area and it is so well equipped .Their home is beautifully decorated with beautiful original paintings. The beds are very comfortable and the linen and towels are of very high quality. We were able to use the kayak which was great. We highly recommend this stay.

Could not imagine a better stay in Mallorca. The place was very cute and comfortable and the terrace(s) were dynamite. The best part is the location. It’s truly perfect. You have the beach 20 meters from the place, but it’s so peaceful and quiet towards that end of the beach. If you want more energy - just walk 10-15 min down the beach. Just book it!

We loved ever second at Xescas flat!! The view is just unbeatable! We felt right at home and the location is perfect for people who are looking for silence! Xesca was caring and loving!

Lovely apartment in a great location

Antoni’s place was great. We loved the modern theme and outside space. Ideally located for Port Pollença activities.

We chose this lovely place for the second time because of the great location, the great terrace and proximity to the beach, restaurants and shops. Toni welcomed us very hospitably, was always available and above all it made it possible for us to check in much earlier. We will be back for sure, provided that the apartment becomes available. We can recommend the property to everyone!

We had a nice 4 night stay here. The beach is an easy 15-20 minute walk on flat ground. Lots of souvenir shops and restaurants in the area. Lots of free parking around the apartment. Really nice pool. Quiet and peaceful. Nothing to complain about

Maxim was very communicative leading up to my stay and kept me updated on check in as I arrive long before the usual check in time. He made sure I could get in early and his son Akim checked me in and showed me around the apartment which was great! Both were very friendly, helpful and great hosts. Would definitely recommend!
