Holiday rentals with beach access in Cala Sant Vicenç

Great apartment, as seen in the photos, Puerto Pollensa is a beautiful place. This location is ideal, an extremely pleasant stroll along the seafront into the centre of town, and beautiful swimming spot on your door step. Prestige Villas where very easy to do business with and would not hesitate to use them again.

Superb view and location! The most convenient and beautiful spot. Beach out the front, crystal clear water, a stones throw to cafes & restaurants, and shops. Easy access to walks, convenient parking. We were a group of 6 + a toddler and it worked well. The large balcony was great for all to sit around and enjoy the view. Kitchen sufficiently equipped to cook dinner for 6. Antonia is a great friendly host who met us on arrival. Very responsive to queries. Easy instructions. Highly recommend this lovely spot!

The apartment was fabulous. Spacious, clean, very well equipped - it literally had everything we could have wanted and needed. Location is perfect, next to lots of shores, bars, restaurants and the beach is across the road. Toni was extremely helpful and responded to questions very quickly - pretty much instantly. Toni provided suggestions for local restaurants and told us about local farmers markets. We are cyclists and there is even access to the garage to store our bikes, tools etc. We were very pleased with all aspects of the rental and we will definitely use it again when we are in the area. Highly recommended.

Wir waren das zweite Mal in Charlys Appartement. Es hat uns wie beim ersten Mal sehr gut gefallen. Das Appartement ist gut geschnitten und auf der neuen Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer kann man auch sehr gut schlafen. Am Nachmittag und Abend scheint die Sonne auf den Balkon, von dem aus man auf die Berge schaut:-) Der kleine Supermarkt in der Straße ist toll und hat ein gutes Angebot zu guten Preisen. Wir haben ohne Probleme immer wieder einen Parkplatz in den angrenzenden Seitenstraßen gefunden. Die Kommunikation mit Charly ist sehr gut und er antwortet schnell. Vielen Dank!

Unser Aufenthalt war super, Appartement ist wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos zu sehen. Schöner Ausblick auf die Bucht. Gute Matratzen haben super geschlafen. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Restaurants Supermarkt Shopping zuFuß in wenigen Minuten gut zu erreichen. Zu beachten ist nur, dass man über einem Lokal wohnt und morgens Geräusche zu hören sind bei geschlossenen Fenstern ok und wer einen festen Schlaf hat hört auch nichts 😉 super Kontakt Dankeschön

Handy washing machine for clothes Was a good location for cycling heating worked well to keep us warm in the cold weather we had whist in Majorca - we didnt use air con so cant say how well that would have worked handy electronic gate and front door access, and lock box to get in Shower good in bathroom - but it did run cold fairly quickly meaning you had to stagger having showers. we will look to stay here again

Wir haben einen tollen Aufenthalt in Claudias Wohnung verbracht. Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend und die Lage ist super direkt am Strand. In der Wohnung fehlt es an nichts und ist sehr gemütlich. Da fühlt man sich wie zu Hause. Es gibt verschiedene Utensilien für den Strand wie z.b. Sonnenschirme. Claudia ist nett, zuvorkommend und konnte alle Probleme lösen. Danke für die schöne Zeit.

I want to commend Mike on being a wonderful host and providing a welcoming place with a perfect location. Sitting on the expansive balcony looking out at the sea, being able to walk to incredible hiking trails, and a close car ride to experience great sightseeing were highlights. We were there during off-season and many restaurants and stores in the area were closed but it did not distract from our thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Excellent emplacement au calme comme nous recherchions. Le logement est très bien équipé à l’intérieur comme à l’extérieur. Tout est bien pensé il ne manque rien. Le logement est optimum pour un couple. Le jacuzzi est vraiment appréciable . Les hôtes sont attentionnés et il a été facile de communiquer. We had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa in Mallorca! The location is perfect — just a short walk to the beach, which was ideal for our group. We stayed with two families, and the villa was incredibly spacious, offering rooms that easily accommodated everyone. One of the highlights was the huge garden, complete with a playground area for the kids. The villa was also very well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay — from kitchen supplies to beachtowels and even toys for the children. It truly felt like a home away from home. We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this villa to anyone traveling with family or a larger group!

We had a wonderful time at Guillem's place and would love to come back next year. The place and bedding is clean, has all the basic bathroom and kitchen utensils, including some welcoming drinks. It has a lovely terrace, where we enjoyed our morning sun breakfasts, after which we would then headed to the beach which is less than 50m away. You can see the sea from the roof terrace. Some beach toys for the kids were also available. Guillem and his mother were very welcoming, flexible and communicative. A great stay overall!

We were a group of 4 and absolutely loved Ignacio’s home. It is just as, if not better than the photos - clean, spacious, modern and beautiful. Perfect for relaxing and enjoying the pool and view. Ignacio was very helpful and responsive with communication. The home is located further away from the main sights in Mallorca, so perfect for a quiet weekend away to spend quality time with friends.

We had an amazing stay here! Marta was so hospitable and met us to walk us through the property. The place was so spacious, we loved the patio and kitchen and having laundry. Walking distance to grocery store, bars, restaurants, and the water. Marta graciously gave us great recommendations for calas in the area. If you are looking for a quiet, cozy, comfortable stay with everything you need, this is it!

Prachtig huis, alles was smetteloos schoon. Mooi groot zwembad, heerlijk bubbelbad en winkels, restaurants en zee om de hoek. Sauna bleek kapot, maar werd binnen 1 dag opgelost door Antoni. Super goede service dus. Mooie wandelingen gemaakt, lekker gegeten en leuke stadjes bezocht. Kortom, hele fijne week gehad.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Strand gleich um die Ecke, kindersicherer Innenhof, Küche bestens ausgestattet. Nicht so toll war, dass das Wasser aus der Dusche nicht dauerhaft warm war, sondern immer wieder zwischen drin klat geworden ist.

We had a lovely time here. It’s the perfect base for exploring the north of the island. The terrace and privacy of the bay are unforgettable. There’s everything you need in the house. For children there’s a playground nearby. There’s a lot of stairs at different angles which wasn’t a problem for us but could be to those less able bodied or clumsy so just something to be mindful of. The host was fantastic, thanks so much!

Stephanie was a fantastic host—very responsive, proactive, and helpful. The flat is well-equipped, though there was barely any soap and no shampoo or shower gel provided. The kitchen, however, is fully stocked with everything needed for cooking (check the shelf under the cooker hood for salt and spices). The space is generally clean, though there’s a slight trace of sand, but it’s not an issue overall. The main drawback is the lack of direct sunlight in the apartment. When we arrived in early November, it felt a bit chilly and humid, but thankfully, there’s a heater inside. The location itself is magnificent, especially if you’re a cyclist. It’s very calm and cozy, although you might hear some faint noise from a nearby hotel disco around 11 p.m., which isn’t a major concern. Overall, it’s an excellent choice if you’re looking for a calm and pleasant place to stay. My recommendation!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Luis. Le logement est propre, conforme à la description et très pratique. Il y a une belle vue sur la montagne depuis le balcon. De plus, la location de l’appartement était parfaite, la plage et les commerces sont à proximité. La résidence est également très calme, avec une belle piscine :) Nous recommandons de passer un séjour chez Luis, si vous êtes de passage à Alcúdia !

Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold på fire uker. Veldig barnevennlig og romslig leilighet. Uteområdet og basseng ble mye brukt. Hadde alt vi trengte. Jasmina var hyggelig å kommunisere med, og svarte raskt på meldinger. Vil gjerne tilbake!

Xisco ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, immer kurzfristig erreichbar und hilft wo er kann. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben, und alles war sehr sauber. Sie war sehr gut ausgestattet, mit allem was man braucht (genügend Handtücher, mehrere Rollen Toilettenpapier, Spülmittel, Waschpulver, Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett etc.). Da über die Satellitenanlage kein deutsches Fernsehprogramm zu empfangen war, hat Xisco auf unsere Anfrage hin extra ein Chromecast-Gerät für die Wohnung neu gekauft. Hiermit konnten wir dann deutsches Programm streamen. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig in einem Wohngebiet und ist nur ca. 200 m vom Strand entfernt. Zum Supermarkt sind es fußläufig auch nur 5-10 Minuten. Der Balkon ist größer als es das Foto vermuten lässt liegt aber tagsüber nur um Schatten. Im heißen Sommer dürfte dies aber von Vorteil sein.... Vielen Dank Xisco

Die Wohnung war super toll. Es fehlte an nichts. Der Blick vom Balkon auf den Hafen ist traumhaft schön. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, die Lage perfekt. Parkmöglichkeiten waren immer in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Kontakt zu Pere war sehr freundlich und auf Nachrichten wurde immer sofort geantwortet.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt! Antonia und Antoni haben uns im Vorwege erklärt, wie wir die Wohnung einfach finden und Antoni hat auf uns gewartet, obwohl unser Flug Verspätung hatte. Er hat sogar angeboten, uns den ersten Einkauf abzunehmen. Vor Ort hat er uns alles gezeigt und erklärt. Auch während unseres Aufenthaltes standen Antonia und Antoni uns stets telefonisch zur Seite, wenn es Fragen gab. In der Wohnung war alles sehr sauber und es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Seife, Toilettenpapier, Geschirrspülmittel, Waschmittel, Handtücher, Bettwäsche. Alles war da. Sogar die Basics für die Küche wie Salz, Gewürze, Öl und sogar Getränke und ein Obstkorb. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet und insgesamt fehlte es uns einfach an nichts dort. Die Wohnung liegt in einer schönen Gegend, wo Restaurants, Strand und kleine Geschäfte zu Fuß zu erreichen sind. Der Pool war sauber und groß genug, um dort ein bisschen zu schwimmen. Die Dachterrasse lud zum Sternegucken ein.
