We rent our cozy apartment in this wonderful north part of Mallorca. Apartment of 40m2, with one bedroom, bathroom, wardrobe and livingroom with a kitchen and a sofa bed. The apartment is brand new and it's only 100m far from one of the best beaches in Mallorca with better water (Cala Molins). The apartment has also a laundry, with washer machine shared with the owners. Car park is fully guaranted in this zone. You can park the car on the same street for free, or also into two publics car parks (free also) just infront of our house. Children are very wellcome to our apartment, and it's free of charge for children under two years. We also have a cradle in case you need it.

Charming and beautiful house with garden

It is a cozy house with a lot of soul. The decoration recalls wonderful places in the world, memories of my travels. The location is perfect to enjoy the sea or the mountain, 3 minutes from them. It is a very comfortable house, to enjoy as a couple or family of the terraces that surround the house, of the 3 bedrooms, large dining room, open kitchen and a lot of garden. Intimate, silent and practical. Kitchen and bathroom renovated. You will love her as I do. The photos are not fair to reality;(

Villa Botana 3 (160m2) is a semi-detached villa in prime area exclusive development Beautiful three bedroom villa in the small quiet town of Cala San Vicente, Pollensa, in the north of Mallorca, located in a privileged place within a forest of pines and oaks. It belongs to the urbanization of Can Botana, a tourism complex of 12 semi detached houses in 6 blocks with communal pool and landscaped gardens. Very peaceful. A two minute walk (100 m) from the pristine beaches of Cala San Vicente.

Cala Sant Vicenç, without being a well-known place, is a magical place. For its coves with the best waters of Mallorca, its excellent restaurants and bars. Our home, located in a unique spot, with the help of the swimming pool and the memories that you may have taken away from the cove, may make you come back again, perhaps in 2023.

Beautiful apartment nearby the sea is a top floor apartment close to the sandy beach of Cala Molins. Its has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The spacious, private sun terrace (approx. 60 m²) is partly covered. It enjoys beautiful views and you can sun bath or enjoy your meals. Within walking distance there are many restaurants, cafes and bars and also shops where you can buy provisions.

En este alojamiento se respira tranquilidad: ¡relájate con toda la familia! Preciosa casa de campo situada a 5minutos en coche del centro de Sóller y a 10 minutosdel Pto de Sóller en coche, es una casa con vistas a la montaña de la Serra de Tramuntana, rodeada de naranjos limoneros ,almendros y con un huerto donde podrán disfrutar de todas sus hortalizas.
