My house is located 50 m. from the ancient Saracen tower overlooking the crystal-clear waters that characterize the entire coast ; a few meters away are a playground built among the beautiful centuries-old olive trees, several restaurants , bars , ice cream parlours , shops , ATMs and beach... My house is suitable for couples looking for a bitof tranquility, for lonely adventurers who love nature , for business travelers and families (with children). The house is also a ten-minute drive from Baunei for those who want to try climbing and hiking in the beautiful mountains .

Casa Alba is one of the few apartments in Cala Gonone that can boast an incredible location. The residential unit is in fact located in the residential area of the village, a private area and cannot be reached except by the residents who have the remote control for the bar that is at the entrance of the street; the apartment is about five minutes away by foot from the center of the village; ten minutes by foot from the port and thirty seconds by foot from the nearest beach; the house has private parking.

La casa è perfetta per ogni stagione, nei mesi estivi per la sua vicinanza al mare e per la sua vista meravigliosa, per nuotare e prendere il sole, in autunno e inverno, per le escursioni, l'arrampicata e le visite archeologiche. Buon cibo e ottimo vino rallegreranno la permanenza in qualsiasi stagione. L'aria condizionata è in ogni stanza da letto e il soggiorno ha una bella stufa a pellets. In terrazzo, grazie al Wi-Fi, si potrà navigare su internet, per svago o per lavoro, con vista mare.

Una location unica in un angolo di paradiso ,siamo nello splendido golfo di Orosei Avviso da Aprile 2023 il comune di Orosei ha istituito la tassa di soggiorno di €1 al giorno a persona con età superiore ai 12 anni. The view from the veranda is (truly) wonderful, the sea always offers different shades depending on the day and the moment, with the mistral accentuating the tones. Guests are impressed by the size of the house, the amenities available and the care taken to maintain the property.
