Waterfront holiday rentals in Province of Nuoro

We had a great time. The apartment and its location are also perfect for a holiday with small children. The large garden with a covered terrace offers children plenty of opportunities to get around and play in the open air. We really liked the open air shower and a barbecue space. The area is quiet and very close to the sea! After a 10-minute walk, you can reach a beautiful sandy beach with clear, shallow water. Riccardo was very helpful and sociable. It was a great holiday for us.

we had a lovely stay. the apartment is near the beach, well equipped, and we appreciate being able to eat outside. gesuina was accommodating and adapted our departure time. there was a lot of mosquitoes (in April!)

Great place, less than 5 minute walk to the Porto Frailis beach. You can see the beach as soon as you leave the place. Very spacious house, we had our own parking spot, and nice garden at the entrance. Very recommended!

Beach house incl. direct access to the beach. A dream. Sunrises and the beach exceptional. The house has everything you need is well-equipped and very comfortable. Alessandra's apartment is in a great location, in fact you can explore from here, by car, the countless beaches of Ogliastra, on foot, the charming town of Santa Maria Navarrese. The house has great indoor and outdoor spaces, with a very spacious and livable porch. The proximity to Tancau beach (less than 50m) is an added value. The supply of essentials is complete and very practical. Recommended.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful apartment - the checkin with Marta’s aunt was super friendly and helpful, the apartment was very clean and well equipped. We would love to come back and strongly recommend traveling there!

Very spacious and comfortable apartment with many amenities (air-conditioned rooms, dishwasher, supermarket outside the door). Large terrace in a quiet location, beach within walking distance. Comfortable couch and sleeping accommodations, we were very satisfied. Marina welcomed us personally and discussed everything essential with us, she is a nice and attentive hostess.

We had a really nice stay in Ivos house, the nature around is amazing and the sea not far. Ivo always answered really fast, we just were unlucky with the weather.

Tito's place was positioned right on a beach, close to lots of beautiful spots for swimming and hiking. We went in November so we unfortunately a lot of restaurants were closed but we made use of the kitchen. Thanks for a great stay!

Upon arrival, unfortunately, the cleanliness in our place was not as we expected. Federica responded super quickly and extremely professionally and immediately organized a replacement accommodation. Here everything to our best satisfaction. Federica apologized a lot and everything was done for us👍. Mistakes can happen. We assume that this will not happen to her and therefore make a recommendation for Federica as a host.

We had a wonderful stay at Matteo's house, which is nestled on a hill surrounded by bushes and rocks, offering a truly private retreat. The beautiful views from the property added to the overall charm of our experience. There is decent outdoor space for sunbathing, complete with an outdoor shower and a grill, making it perfect for enjoying the sunshine. The spacious driveway can easily accommodate several cars, which is a great convenience. The sandy and quiet beach is only about a 20-minute walk away, enhancing the location's appeal. A lovely touch was the bottle of wine left by the owner, along with a few snacks, coffee, and tea, which we could enjoy for breakfast since this was our first stop and we hadn’t had a chance to buy any food on the way. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. However, we did encounter a little issue with water pressure, which might be problematic if you’re looking to wash your hair. Overall, it was a lovely getaway in a serene setting.

The accommodation was absolutely in line with our expectations. Everything is very clean, everything necessary and more in the house. The apartment has everything to bear the temperatures well - air conditioning, but also shade places on the terrace and in the garden. And of course the nearby beach with the mega beautiful water. Restaurants and the nearest supermarket are a few minutes' walk away. But from our point of view, the host Claudia gets a lot of plus points. She took care of everything we needed. She was always very responsive and so sweet and kind. We highly recommend Claudia and the place.

Very nice house, right on the beach! The house is rather simply equipped, but with everything you need (coffee maker, freezer,...). The clear highlight is definitely the location: from the terrace or also from the bedroom window you look directly at the sea. From there, it's just a few steps into the water - wonderful! Also very practical is the fenced outdoor shower after bathing. Federica always responded quickly, so we felt well looked after. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Our tip for arrivals: We definitely recommend taking the route via the coastal road from Cagliari airport by car and not through the mountains (because this is extremely curvy, as we found ^^). In addition, the road is not paved at the last meters to the house. It's probably worth a bit of an off-road car if you rent one (where we've also mastered it with a Fiat Panda).

We are both in our early 60s and enjoyed the tranquility, surroundings, proximity to the sea and the cozy cottage immensely. The amenities inside and outside were just outstanding. Large refrigerator, freezer, super kitchen, bathroom and also the outdoor shower....everything wonderful. When we ran out of gas, a new gas bottle was connected within just one hour and we had hot water again. Communication was simply excellent. Finding the property was a bit adventurous but lastly, it was easy. The beach was very close and also reachable in less than 10 minutes with my new knee joint. We have rarely felt so comfortable and will be happy to come back. However, if you are looking for action and many bars and the like, you are in the wrong place. Great location, spacious and cozy apartment. We were welcomed with a wine bottle and local cakes. The kitchen and bathroom are modern, and the apartment has a homey and rustic touch. Great terrace overlooking the sea. Short distance to the beach. The waves can make noise and it can get cold inside but there is a pellet fireplace that provides good heat. All you need of kitchen equipment, towels etc. We came out of season (April) but there are several eateries and shops nearby. Also recommend Pedra longa, nice hiking trails! We are very happy with our stay and would love to come back!

Highly recommend this apartment! The owner was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful – thank you so much! The location couldn't be better, being central with a supermarket, cafes, and restaurants just a 5-minute walk away, and the beach only 10 minutes away. The beach is fantastic and perfect for families with children. The town itself has a lovely, peaceful atmosphere with beautiful view on the mountains. We are so grateful to our host for providing everything we could possibly need. The apartment was fully equipped for cooking, laundry, and even had all the necessary cleaning supplies. We were impressed with the amount of storage space available in the wardrobes for our clothes and belongings, and there were even extra towels provided. A real highlight for us was the enclosed open terrace. This was a huge bonus as it allowed our 1-year and 10-month-old to play safely outside without us having to worry. This made our family vacation so much easier and more enjoyable.

What an amazing location with gorgeous view overlooking the town. The apartment had evening we needed including beach umbrella and a cool bag. Magarita gave lots of recommendations and communicated well. I will say that check-in could have been slightly clearer. We did arrive at 11pm in the middle of a massive storm which didn’t help. But perhaps some arrows on the images shared pointing towards key parts of the images? We were not given an apartment number or anything, only an apartment floor but Magarita replied very quickly when we asked. I am not sure if there was meant to be a number or name on the apartment door (and it had been accidentally removed??) but there was nothing on the door to indicate it was the right one! I will also say that the bed was quite hard and were given 1 flat pillow each. My neck and back hurt most mornings. I understand that this is down to preference though!

The accommodation is very nice and well-kept. Very well equipped and perfect in all its spaces including the parking for the car. Very bright with a beautiful terrace that unfortunately, given the rain we could use little! Highly recommended

Beautifully furnished apartment with everything you need to feel good (including salt, pepper, vinegar, oil, tea, towel, sponge, dishwashing liquid, etc.). Incredibly beautiful view of the bay, magnificent roof terrace. In the area, great hikes in dream bays (optionally also by boat), various restaurants within walking distance. Very nice contact with Eva, many useful tips in the apartment. We would come back anytime.

Francesco was a wonderful person, very helpful, very polite and very discreet, very friendly person who will welcome us, he will take you around the country showing you, the local shops will show you the most beautiful beaches, remaining very discreet, although he lives on the upper floor of the accommodation, in case of need he will be ready to help you.. Always.. Small, but very clean accommodation, 20 Mt from the sea, in front of the village square in which you will find a wide choice of excellent restaurants, in some of these you will even be given a discount going on his behalf as he is a person known in the country.. Francesco was an exquisite person... Experience to try and then repeat... The morning coffee taken in front of the sea is not priceless.. In case of need, you will be always ready and polite who will be able to indicate other places to visit... Accommodation also equipped with air conditioning... in addition to a host... You will find a friend...

Small apartment just next to a beach. We were working remotely from the apartment. Wifi wasn’t good, but according to Graziano, that should change in the future. Also the kitchen is really small and on the opposite side of the apartment that the table. We appreciated washing machine, huge terrace and closeness of the sea. Graziano is really nice guy.

Wonderful stay with an even better host. The apartment is centrally located within a 1 minute walk to the port where you’ll take your boat to all the beaches, 1 minute walk to the supermarket, and 0-3 minute walk to the restaurants depending on where you chose to dine. The apartment is exactly as shown, safe, clean, and again the hosts are a gem. Enjoy.
