My house is located 50 m. from the ancient Saracen tower overlooking the crystal-clear waters that characterize the entire coast ; a few meters away are a playground built among the beautiful centuries-old olive trees, several restaurants , bars , ice cream parlours , shops , ATMs and beach... My house is suitable for couples looking for a bitof tranquility, for lonely adventurers who love nature , for business travelers and families (with children). The house is also a ten-minute drive from Baunei for those who want to try climbing and hiking in the beautiful mountains .

The apartment has air conditioning in the living room and mosquito nets in all the windows, including the large veranda window.

WOW... what a sight!

Bright apartment on the first floor of the family villa located in the pine forest in front of a small bay which can be accessed directly from the garden. A unique location in a corner of paradise, we are in the beautiful Gulf of Orosei Notice: As of April 2023, the municipality of Orosei has established a tourist tax of €1 per day per person over the age of 12. The house is perfect for every season, in the summer months for its proximity to the sea and for its wonderful view, for swimming and sunbathing, in autumn and winter, for hiking, climbing and archaeological visits. Good food and great wine will brighten your stay in any season. Air conditioning is in every bedroom and the living room has a nice pellet stove. On the terrace, thanks to Wi-Fi, you can surf the internet, for leisure or work, with a sea view.
