Limpiddu is a small town, the accommodation is among the locals and not in a tourist stronghold, which we found very pleasant. Although it is right on the street, the advantage was directly opposite the Pizzeria Da Daniele, where the pizza is unbeatable, delicious and inexpensive. Budoni as the main town with access to the beach, as well as other shopping and restaurants, was ideal.

Everything was very clean. Well-equipped apartment with everything you need. You could walk to the beach and restaurants. Giorgio was very friendly. A place to go back to. ❤️

Our family of five had a fantastic stay at this holiday villa in Sardinia. The apartment was well-equipped with all the essentials, including a washing machine, fridge freezer, air conditioning, and a variety of utensils, which made our stay very comfortable and convenient. The villa was incredibly quiet and relaxing, providing the perfect getaway atmosphere. One of the highlights was its proximity to the beach and the Shardan café/restaurant, making it easy to enjoy the beautiful coastline and local cuisine. Additionally, Domenica was always just a text message away, ready to offer any help or advice we needed, which was a great comfort. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-appointed holiday spot in Sardinia.

Lovely clean place, quiet, very close to a beautiful and still uncrowded beach. The hosts are very kind and super helpful. Top to have the market with fish caught twice a week and the barbecue in the garden. The only problem, if I can afford it, is that it takes little internet throughout the area.

What can I say big: Sardinia is so incredibly enchanting. We were happy not to have been to one of the tourist cities. For us, the place was just right: with a nice terrace and a tree on it that gave shade. Pleasant, likeable. Thanks to the landlord for letting us stay with him.

We spent the hottest week of the year at Luisa's place: despite the absence of air conditioning, the presence of two efficient fans allowed us to sleep well and comfortably live the holiday. We appreciated the proximity to the sea and the presence of the pine forest; the beaches south of the village are great if you are looking for tranquility and cleanliness. The area is very relaxing, suitable for those looking for peace; vice versa, being far from the inhabited centers it does not lend itself to worldly life, unless you are willing to always move around by car. All in all, a great experience

Great experience at the house of Elena and the friend Francesca who manages check-in/out. Communication was perfect since booking and the house was perfect for 4 people and our dog. The perfect location to reach the beautiful beaches of the area with the stains. On foot you can reach Porto Frailis. Very nice even if you populate early. Basaura our favorite. Infinite spaces and tranquility. I can only recommend Elena's home that exactly meets expectations. The lack of air conditioning was not a problem. The rooms on the first floor are very airy. We really enjoyed living in Francesco's house. Everything you need and as it was described. It is also very nicely furnished. The private garden with the terrace allowed for fantastic breaks for breakfast and dinner or reading and playing. Every now and then, you could hear the neighbour's TV in the background, because his balcony doors were open. The connection to the large beach of Budoni can be reached on foot in a good 25 minutes. The local supermarkets are about 10 minutes' walk away. We are very pleased to have chosen this apartment.

Well equipped house, and very clean upon arrival. Federica is very responsive, we were able to add an extra night last minute due to a vehicle issue. Responsive and accurate hosts, great apartment for spending holidays, reserved and quiet but in a strategic position to be able to move quickly. Air-conditioned, you sleep well.
