Casa Gemma, located on a hill 1 km from the sea and the village, is a single prefabricated house with a panoramic terrace overlooking the Gulf of Arbatax. It consists of two double bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, a living room-kitchen with a dishwasher, a small outdoor bathroom with a washing machine, and an outdoor shower. It is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi and mosquito nets. It does not have designer furniture but is comfortable, functional, and well equipped. No children under 2 years of age. No animals. No campers/trailers/very long cars/vans.
