Beautiful experience! We felt right at home, an ideal place to stay on vacation in total relaxation. The apartment is clean and intimate, independent, furnished in a very modern style, functional, with attention to detail, equipped with all the comforts, with all the essential services ( washing machine, linens, sheets, oil, coffee, cartigienica ect) where the most absolute peace reigns. It is located in the heart of the historic center of Loceri, a small authentic village, with lots of murals to admire and photograph. Lovely beaches a few minutes away by car, parks, woods and raids to do a few kilometers from the property, in short, a strategic point to visit Ogliastra. Rossano was an impeccable host, he gave us a lot of advice on where to park and for the places to visit nearby, he made us find a homemade cake, extra and at our disposal umbrella, beach chairs and poles...what to say the top!! Obviously highly recommended!!!

The perfect location to access the different beaches in the area. The house is very cozy, with a porch for great breakfasts and dinners. What we liked the most. Good air conditioning, which was very necessary on the days we were there. Comfortable kitchen. Giovanna's service was very good too, she took care of us right away for anything we needed. She was very kind. Totally recommendable.

Beautiful and clean apartment with everything you need, exactly as described. We felt at home and would come back any time. Supermarket right around the corner so really recommended. Parking right outside the door. Beautiful covered veranda. The surrounding area is also beautiful, there is a really long sandy beach 5 minutes away by car, which borders on a pine forest. Restaurants are also within walking distance. Arbatax is really cozy and if you want more, you just drive around the corner to Tortoli. Hostess is very friendly, helpful and available at any time. New remodel. Clean. Easy to find. Walking distance to the beach, port, restaurants. Be aware of problems with parking.We were unable to park our rental Fiat 500X at the property - with cars parked on the street there is no enough clearance to enter past the gate. Cala Gonone is a very popular town with limited parking. Smart car or a motorcycle can park there.

Francesco was a wonderful person, very helpful, very polite and very discreet, very friendly person who will welcome us, he will take you around the country showing you, the local shops will show you the most beautiful beaches, remaining very discreet, although he lives on the upper floor of the accommodation, in case of need he will be ready to help you.. Always.. Small, but very clean accommodation, 20 Mt from the sea, in front of the village square in which you will find a wide choice of excellent restaurants, in some of these you will even be given a discount going on his behalf as he is a person known in the country.. Francesco was an exquisite person... Experience to try and then repeat... The morning coffee taken in front of the sea is not priceless.. In case of need, you will be always ready and polite who will be able to indicate other places to visit... Accommodation also equipped with air conditioning... in addition to a host... You will find a friend...

Antonella (the caretaker) , Marie Line and Patrice (The owners) are exquisite people! We were very comfortable both in the very friendly communication and in living with them in the house next door for a few days, they were discreet hosts and respectful of our spaces but also pleasant and kind even just to have a chat. the interior space is excellent! They decked out the house and made a lot of useful items available to customers (first aid kit, power adapters, all the dishes imaginable, pool towels...) and a thoughtful decor full of warm details that will make you feel at home. The bed, spacious! Best bed found in an airbnb so far, excellent! the fantastic pool is ready for us to use since the last days of April, there are a lot of games and activities to do inside, and the outdoor space is beautiful to take the last solo and the aperitif. unrivalled value for money. We felt at home in Stefania's pretty apartment. Great little balcony with wonderful sea views. Super location. 5 min. to the beautiful sandy beach, many small restaurants nearby. Stefania was super nice and always available! The perfect hostess! Thank you for that! We'll be back!

We visited Sardinia in April and were very happy with the place! Check-in was easy and flexible, the rooms cozy and equipped with everything you could need. Of course, the proximity and the view of the sea as well as the private parking space were a big plus. Communication with Milena from ByNos was easy and uncomplicated, she was super friendly, accommodating and gave good tips.

Giampaulo and Christina are very kind and accommodating and we felt like we were at home albeit on holidays. Their little touches in their apartment were appreciated. Loved our stay and it was very sad to leave this convenient, well located apartment.

A lovely stay - thank you. Would gladly recommend to others. Clean, bright and modern apartment. We had a few issues with loss of power and connectivity but the host was super quick to sort them out. Perfect location and plenty of space. The only one thing I'd suggest is to leave a hoover for easier cleaning up after the beach. Thanks again!! 😊

We spent 5 days at this place. the host is very responsive, and friendly! the view is stunning and the place is in walking distance to the beach and restaurants. can highly recommend!

For us the perfect place for autumn holidays - hardly any people, great beach weather, beautiful nature and exciting excursion destinations (stalactite caves, mountains, Oasi Biderosa Nature Reserve, dream beaches). Super ice cream shop and good shopping in the village. The apartment has everything that you need and is really tastefully styled. Melania is an absolutely professional, responsive and generous host.

Really beautiful place decorated with pieces made by the owner, all with excelent taste and quality! Great welcome with local products, again made by the host.. All excelent! The house is super complete with everything needed and beyond. The cleaning is off the charts, with everything perfect. The host even left us water and milk in the fridge! I must tell you that this was the best experience ever in an Airbnb... Thank you Gina! You are the best...

Such a beautiful spot right next to everything you could want - delicious restaurants, delicious beaches, delicious everything! Graziella was extremely helpful and came to meet us at the free parking spot and help us carry our bags to the accomodation - you get a sea view and everything is within 5 minutes walk. What a beautiful place to stay and such great hosts, we will be back :D

Francesca was an extremely accommodating and nice host! We had everything we needed in the accommodation, especially the kitchen was superbly furnished so we could cook well for our group. This beautiful apartment has a spectacular view of the hills and countryside around Tortoli. It is a short walk to the supermarket and very easy to find from the main road. Gianfranco was welcoming with very clear instructions on how to access the apartment. The pool area is calm and relaxing, surrounded by lovely gardens. A great base to explore the area. The welcome pack of Sardinian sweets were delicious!

We had a great stay at Dominico's cottage. The cottage is part of the hotel/apartment complex Gli Ontani and was located on the very clean and neat swimming pool. The cottage is very well equipped to cook decent meals. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a very nice beach within walking distance of the cottage. We thought it was a great base to discover the area. We can recommend it to everyone and if we want to stay in that area again we would definitely book this again. Domenico responds quickly in good English. In a word a great location to stay.

What can I say about this gem! We originally had another Airbnb, which we left because we were very disappointed. I found this gem the same day, I was very lucky to find it Lovely neighborhood. Great restaurants Went every morning to the delicious Bellavista organic café. Geppo's pizza is excellent CRAI grocery store right next door Robust, clean accommodation Very good air conditioning Very comfortable bed. Beautiful landscape Amazing pool Quiet Very well maintained. A very successful stay! Very quiet place, comfortable equipment, very clean, pleasant communication with Marcantonio. A wonderful place, well-equipped kitchen if you want to cook for yourself. Clean and well-maintained pool. Superb beach indicated by Marcantonio. Responding to checkout: we were allowed to stay a little longer but we had another rental to follow. Thanks for the wine and homemade olive oil.

Wonderful one-month vacation in Tortoli. "Countryside" atmosphere by the sea. Everything was perfect! White sand beaches, crystal clear waters, few people. Good trattorias, excellent ice cream and pizzerias (very cheap) right next to the house. Very beautiful nuragic sites a few kilometers away. Stefano's place is very nice (and even prettier even than in the photos). The rooms are large and everything is very well maintained, inside and out. Everything is thought out to make everyday life easier. Stefano and his parents take care to make you feel as good as possible. A lovely family! GRAZIE MILLE!!!

Very nice apartment, well-equipped, spacious, comfortable. We had beach towels at our disposal. Fruit and cookies upon arrival.
