Beachfront holiday rental in Cala Gonone

From the minute we booked Fabio's place he has been a first class host. Always replied to questions and has been extremely helpful both before and during our stay, nothing was too much trouble for him. The property was pristine and it is in a lovely quiet neighbourhood just 2 minutes walk to the beach with a selection of bars and restaurants to eat and drink from. We cant reccommend this property highly enough and if motorcycling is your thing it is perfectly located to explore the amazing roads and scenery Sardinia has to offer. Great apartment and location. The apartment was as advertised. The location was first rate. It was close to the marina, where I’d highly recommend renting a boat or taking a guided tour to hit all the beaches. The beaches are amazing and touring the caves and hidden beaches was amazing. There are many restaurants nearby, notably a place right around the corner offering to go boxes for your hike or boat tour. We went in May and there were other tourists, but SMN didn’t feel “touristy.” The townspeople were very kind and accommodating. In summary, I highly recommend this property and will likely book again.

We had a wonderful and relaxing week in Santa Maria Navarrese. Loredana's apartment is in a very quiet neighborhood only about 5 min walk from the beach. Everything is within walking distance. The apartment is very tastefully decorated, very cozy and sparkling clean. Everything is brand new. The summer heat at noon can be perfectly escaped through the A/C in all rooms. From cozy beds to a fully equipped kitchen, everything is perfect. But on an Airbnb rental, the most important thing last!!........ that's of course the hostess :-). Loredana!! She is a fantastic host...!! We had caused damage in the kitchen... how confident and warm she reacted was already extraordinary ... Grazie Loredana

The accommodation is very nice and well-kept. Very well equipped and perfect in all its spaces including the parking for the car. Very bright with a beautiful terrace that unfortunately, given the rain we could use little! Highly recommended

A dream surrounded by nature! We were lucky and were able to spend the first few days almost alone on the small property. That was really beautiful. When all apartments are occupied, it is a bit fuller and louder. But the location compensates for everything. Vacation with a 1.5 year old child worked great here. Playground is nearby and the garden invites you to explore!

We were there in the low season at the beginning of June. During our stay, the other two apartments in the house were not rented, so we had it very quiet. Our host Riccardo was super nice, the contact was uncomplicated and friendly. If we had any questions, we quickly got an answer. The accommodation was a few minutes from the sea, but you could not go into the water directly from the house because it is rocky there. It took about 10 minutes to walk to the sandy beach. The beach is very nice and clean, with bright sand. There was a parasol in the apartment. There is a bar on the beach that offers drinks and snacks. In the village there is also a small supermarket. However, it is a bit expensive for larger purchases, so it is advisable to shop in a larger city. The neighbouring town of Santa Lucia is worth a visit. This is also directly by the sea and in the middle of the pine forest. There are numerous restaurants

We stayed here for a couple of weeks climbing in the area, the location is perfect, walking distance to the sea, supermarket and restaurants. Beautiful walking routes and a short drive to spectacular climbing. We were here in November so it was quiet and peaceful which was perfect for us, I’d imagine the summer is a tad busier! The apartment was spacious, great balcony facing the sea, adequate kitchen utensils, and fairly comfy. Would definitely stay again!

Really cool place with the beautiful pool... mountain views... and right across from a beach. Plus, if you rent a car, so much within driving distance to see. If you're there in the off season, could be too quiet and you have to drive for shopping.

To welcome homemade cake, water and a bottle of wine. An extensive beach in front of the door (5 min), sea view and beautiful red mountains. At the entrance of a wonderful hiking area! Facing south, with large covered terrace. We ended the evenings at the pizza oven. Mario and Silvia kept asking if everything liked. We thoroughly enjoyed the time. If you are looking for tourist crowds, you certainly have to look elsewhere. 👍👍👍

The stay was pleasant in all aspects: clean and tidy house, beautiful location, out of the confusion but a 5-minute drive from Budoni and close to the beaches. Not to mention the spectacular view and the pool overlooking the sea. We had a relaxing holiday. Highly recommended!

What a lovely place! Great view, right close to the beautiful beach and very private. There was lots of toys and activities at the house so also the kids were never bored! The host was super helpful, when we had some questions she answered straight away, they even had made a great little map to find all the places for shopping, eating and snorkeling. We had an amazing time and will definitely be back

We were 2 families with a small child and 3 children visiting this villa in June 2025. We all enjoyed it very much. Open questions were answered very quickly to our utmost satisfaction. The villa is fantastic. Children can relax in the pool or on the nearby sandy beach. The house was very well equipped and was very clean. We only had to buy a few spices for the kitchen in addition to everyday use. Check-in and check-out were very straightforward. And we really appreciated the punctuality. I'd love to come back, thank you!

We were the first guests in Nonna Pia's house and we enjoyed it! It is a very cozy and beautiful Italian cottage right on the seafront. The garden is a nice place to sit and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Right next to the house are 2 tennis courts that we have been able to use unlimited. Near the house are a huge number of beautiful bays that Sardinia is known for. Anna was a wonderful host. Upon arrival, a surprise for Easter was provided for us. There were piles of towels on each bed and a bottle of water next to the bed. We were able to ask questions through the airbnb site and received almost immediate answers. Anna is incredibly friendly and would like you to have an unforgettable time in her holiday home. We have enjoyed it!

Lovely place to stay.

Apartment only minutes from the beach. Friendly landlord with good tips on restaurants and excursions, a defective washing machine was replaced within a few days. The amenities are largely complete, but the furniture is a bit outdated in some cases. We felt very comfortable.

Our family really enjoyed Villino Serena! Doriana was so helpful and responsive. Excellent location, short walk to beach and even shorter walk to a little grocery store with everything you need. House was clean, kitchen stoked, and nice patio areas to relax. Outdoor closet with beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys - very convenient! Would definitely stay here again.

Franca is a really endearing and very attentive person. The apartment and the superb balcony overlooking the sea allow you to watch spectacular sunrises. The bougainvillea in bloom, the lemon trees overflowing with ripe fruit (from May), the song of countless varieties of birds, the turquoise sea, the fine sandy beach, the huge rocky massif in the background make this apartment a little gem. Although located in an extremely quiet location, at the end of a small road, the Zinnibiri Mannu site is close to excellent restaurants. The pace of life of the people of this region and their kindness is perhaps what is most remarkable and pleasant. It is not surprising that the village of Tertenia has so many centenarians: the Sardinians know how to appreciate life and take the time to live it. Long live Franca, Adriana and Ariana. We spent two nights at this property. We especially liked that many things are within walking distance - even at the end of October. Unfortunately, it was rainy, so we were never in the lounge or garden. Very close to the sea! In the small kitchen, we found almost everything. Nicola helped us with the olive oil😊. We had a lovely stay at Martino’s. We spoke mainly with their daughter that provided clear guidance and instructions prior and during our stay. The place is as described and the beach just as you walk out of the gate is amazing! The owners were friendly and were always ensuring we were having a good stay. Will definitely stay again!
