Very friendly, welcoming and responsive host and nice apartment in a central location.

Our family (2 adults and 2 children) had a wonderful stay at this apartment, and we highly recommend it. We stayed for one month, and the apartment had everything we needed. The positive points we noticed are as follows: Central location, easily accessible by public transportation. Just two blocks away from the metro (with an elevator). Conveniences nearby: Supermarket, pizzeria, clothing stores, and more right downstairs. Heating: The apartment was always warm. Spacious apartment: Perfect for a family of four or even larger families. Elevator: Very important for us since we had a baby stroller. However, it was unfortunately out of order for 3 out of the 28 days we stayed. Very friendly host: Always quick to respond and assist us with anything we needed. Large balcony with a beautiful view. Thank you again for this amazing stay! If we return to Rome, this will definitely be our first choice.

We stayed five nights in Gordon's apartment. Well equipped with everything we needed to prepare breakfast and a late dinner. We were very pleased with Gordon, he met us earlier than the agreed time, showed us everything in the apartment and gave us basic directions for sights and places to eat and gelato. We visited all the recommended places and were very satisfied.

Giovanni is really a great hosts. I enjoyed my stay at his place.

Angelo is an extremely nice person and has a beautiful apartment. It is on the top floor and the balcony has a beautiful view. Very comfortable and clean. There isnt wifi but that was okay for us. Great stay

Felt very safe, loved the neighborhood, and responsive host! 100% recommend staying here short or long-term. Loved that the apartment was in a building that consisted of families - felt like you were at home in a peaceful neighborhood in Rome! Also, the air conditioning was a LIFESAVER.

This apartment was quiet and in a great vibrant location. There was 24-hour supermarket nearby and walking distance from Roma Termini station. The restaurants nearby made us feel part of the local community. The neighborhood has a younger feel, but we never felt unsafe during the evenings. Public transport links (trams and buses) are close and you can access almost everywhere from Roma Termini. We would stay here again when we come back to Rome!

Very helpful and friendly host, he gave us a lot of info about vehicles and the area. Cozy and clean studio, the only thing is the bathroom is a little dated but functional. Great solution for a couple of days in Rome.

Anna Maria was very kind during our stay. The accommodation is located in a university neighborhood, so there are several bars and restaurants, which we thought was fine. I had several shopping venues nearby where to shop, restaurants at good prices. Nos movimos by taxi to approach the center or the train station, anyway you could walk, but it took you about 20 minutes and at night it looked a little dangerous. Thank you very much to the hostess for her kindness and compliance.

Such a Beautiful Home! We really enjoyed our time at David’s house. The Location was amazing, literally close to everything. David was very responsive and helpful and he made us feel at home. All the amenities worked perfectly and thanks God the Air Conditioning worked well, because was very hot in Rome. The house is well designed and spacious, we just can’t wait to come. Definitely Recommend!👍

Cosy apartment with real fire

Lucia was an amazing host, she went above and beyond to accomodate me and my golfers during our stay in both her houses in Olgiata. I would highly recommend staying in her lovely accomodation.

Massimiliano and his father were the best hosts you can imagine. The reception was very warm, recommendations were always given and the place is exactly as described. You can feel comfortable here. Especially for traveling by private car, the apartment is highly recommended. The car is well on your own lockable grounds and you can reach the regional train in just under 10 minutes, which stops in 15 minutes at the nearest metro distributor or in 20 minutes at San Pietro. There are also good opportunities to shop in the immediate vicinity (including a wonderful small grocery store right by the train station). For a longer stay, the apartment is ideal! Thank you Massimiliano and his family, who hosted us over the Easter days 2025.

Giuseppe's place is great for people who want to visit Rome. It is also very affordable, clean and the neighborhood has an Italian charm. I drive into Rome with a car everyday to visit the city and it worked well.

Marco's apartment is ideal when you arrive at Rome termini train station it is a 10-minute walk away. Everything is easily accessible: Colosseum, fountains , Vatican ... from the accommodation we were able to take the opportunity to discover the small streets on the route. Two bedrooms two bathrooms .. and a beautiful terrace for an aperitif or breakfast . Good bedding (appreciated after our excursions) Marco is very responsive he responds every minute to messages😬. I recommend

Such a great place to stay in Rome. Carlo's home is beautiful. So much character and space. And really well equipped. We loved the location a bit outside the centre but a short walk (10 mins) to metro and about 25 mins walk to Vatican city. Great restaurants in the area too so we didn't need to go too far at night. Really great choice for a break in Roma. And the welcome basket was the best we've ever had in an Airbnb..

hi we stayed in carmens place for 3 nights with a toddler and 3 month baby. Carmen was very helpful right from booking and made sure everything was ready for us and the kids . she had a baby cot ready along with toys for my toddler. she infact allowed us to check in early by 11 am and kept the apartment ready for us. she even helped us move the luggage to the room and informed us everything about the room . The only downside of the apartment I can think of is small lift which will make u travel atleast twice to get ur luggage up. if your travelling light it should be ok . thanks Carmen for hosting us .

Christina is a fabulous host. We were met at check in and shown around the apartment. It's a very quirky apartment in a good way and have some outstanding decorative fixtures and fittings in keeping with It's Title Johnny's Industrial apartment. Rome is a beautiful city, easy access into centre of Rome with bus and Tram within walking distance. Unfortunate timing for us with the passing of Pope Francis, but will definitely go back. Very well equipped for our short stay. Christina is extremely knowledgeable about the area and will get back to you almost immediately with any queries. Fabulous huge Hot Tub off the back bedroom, didn't use it but that was down to health reasons. Nothing is too much trouble for this lovely host....I would recommend. Thank you Christina 😊

Great apartment, clean and large perfect for our family of four. Secure building and appartment. Very close to 2 train stations Garbatella and Ostiense. Fabrizio communicates quickly. We would definitely stay there again.

This place is the perfect location! Via Palermo is close to everything! In Italy, you’re going to walk, but this location was super centralized to everything you’d want to do. If you want to Uber, you can. They pick you up right in front of the entry door. Some things to note, this place is spacious and was perfect for 2 couples. The room with the large tub is bigger, but the toilet is not in that room/bathroom which was fine. The tub which was why we got this place isn’t fully functional and could have been updated with new shower mats, but not a huge deal. Just be careful when you shower to not slip because it’s high up and the water can get everywhere if you don’t place the shower head correctly. I recommend bringing your own shampoo/conditioner/body soap because what was provided was the small hotel packets. We also had to ask for more towels and noticed there wasn’t extra toilet paper, all very small things. I would definitely stay here again! Very responsive & helpful hosts!

It was a pleasure staying at Paolo's place. Paolo communicated very well and offered suggestions where to eat etc. The place is clean, in a quiet area yet very close to shops and restaurants. I would gladly stay here again.
