Holiday rentals with a patio in Caelian Hill

Emma was a wonderful host and her place was great, with a fantastic location just down the street from the Colleusum and most other attractions walkable. She was an attentive host, had snacks ready for us upon arrival, which was much appreciated after a long day of travel. My family and I enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful and peaceful stay in Rome! The neighborhood was pleasant and conveniently located just a short distance from the metro and bus stops, making transportation easy. Occasionally, we walked to the city center and enjoyed sampling espressos from nearby coffee shops. Additionally, there was a grocery store nearby, which made it very convenient to use the well-stocked kitchen during our stay. The interior of the apartment exceeded our expectations compared to the exterior of the building. We loved the apartment, especially the view from the balcony overlooking the park. There was a great music venue within walking distance, where we enjoyed delicious steak and an antipasto platter. We would be happy to stay here again. I was particularly pleased that the apartment had an iron and ironing board for our linen clothes.

The place was clean, had everything you need including a beautiful little backyard, the communication with Fernando was super easy and accommodating - he waited for us at 1am in front of the apartment as our flight arrived quite late and always made sure we had everything we need. The sights are easy to reach by bus, which leaves around the corner (2 min walk) and the Colosseum was a 20min walk away, just like the Thermae ruins (recommend a visit). There’s also a great restaurant right around the corner, Osteria 22quattro.

My girlfriend and I are doing a Europe tour and this spot absolutely blew the others out of the water. The space is large, great bathroom and kitchen, and the host and her family are super sweet. They even gave us complimentary champagne and snacks. I will absolutely be returning - highlight of our trip.

Alessandro was really helpful and made sure we had a great stay. The place was clean and comfortable- very cool - didn’t even need the A/C (even though it does have) - really enjoyed our stay! Thank you 🙏

Stayed 7 days in this lovely apartment in basement, 2 large bedrooms, large terrace. Cutlery, glasses and plates are limited (6 pieces of each) and there is no dishwashing machine. Quiet area with metro Re di Roma is a 10-minute walk away.

So glad we booked this apartment when there were no reviews yet..:) Superb location— you can walk to most attractions within 30m enjoyable walk. The meantime, once you are inside the apartment, it’s like an oasis, so quiet and peaceful. Everything is just like in the pictures, if not any better. The building itself is not in the best shape, but the apartment itself definitely makes up for it. For us, the best part of the apartment is the views— the sky , monuments, birds, buzzing streets all in one. 100% recommended.

Had a wonderful stay - a great hideaway from Romes hustle bustle- beautiful property with gardens and views of the city. Train station is 30 minutes drive away. I would love to revisit and stay at this property again

Our stay at Giovanna's was very nice. We were able to travel very well from the accommodation by bus or tram to the city centre and at the same time had the advantages of a quiet residential area. In addition, Giovanna helped us find our way around the area and feel comfortable with tips and recommendations. The small gifts that Giovanna prepared for us gave us a good start. We would come back anytime and can only highly recommend the apartment.

The place is near the bus stop and termini station. You can easily get food by getting outside, I highly recommend to eat at Pizzeria Al Pigneto. The host is very friendly and helpful. I have no complain but the place will be better if they change the sleep lights to yellow instead of white.

We had a very nice three days in Rome. Giorgia is super likeable, responds quickly and helps directly if there are any issues. Her place is very cozy, exactly as shown in the pictures and is ideally located so you can easily get to the center of Rome by bus and train. All in all, we are very satisfied and give our best recommendations!

Everything was amazing

The Airbnb is exactly as shown in the photos and description. The host is very responsive and kind, she even offered to send Maria, the housekeeper to pick us up at the airport and take us there, for a small fee. The setting is really nice, but very far from the city centre of Rome. It takes about 1 hour 30 minutes to get to any tourist location. But it allows you to be more relaxed. I recommend it!!

We loved our stay at Simone’s. Great space, easy bus access. Lovely garden for aperitivo. One button wash/dry machine for clothes was nice. Great A/C and wifi. Fresh fruit! Can’t wait to go back.

Alice’s place is exactly what you see in the pictures . Great location , walking distance to Pantheon , Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona . Many great places to eat . A few meters walk to a Carrefour Express and Pharmacy . The place is clean and the attention for checking inn was great ! Plus it has a lift ! ( unusual for old buildings)

Amazing place if you have good energy to climb the 4th floor with luggage and no elevator. But this is a good price for being in the center of Rome and very old historic neighborhood. Rooftop patio is a real gem, but again not for people with physical disabilities. We spent amazing time there!

We had a lovely stay here while stopping off in Rome! Host was very helpful and happily allowed us to check in early so we could go and explore the city.

This apartment was perfect for my stay in Rome! Central and walkable but still private and safe, it was exactly what I needed as a solo female traveler visiting Rome for the first time.

We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely stay here again. The location couldn’t be better—just steps from the Colosseum and within easy walking distance to many other major sights. The apartment was clean, modern, and exactly as described. Our host was incredibly helpful and made everything easy, taking the time to explain how everything worked. No issues at all. Great location, friendly suburb outside of the aeralian walls, lots of local spots, very close metro with a change at termini gets you anywhere in Rome. Riccardo and co were very helpful, I recommend this air BNB.

Very spacious apartment and a very nice patio. great bedding we slept very well. apartment very well located 3 minutes walk from the very convenient metro station. close to shops and restaurants including a nice pizzeria downstairs from the apartment. We loved Rome and returned. Trusted host.

This place is a steal! The location of the apartment is beautiful - great neighborhood and just a few minutes away from the Vatican city's St Peter's Square and Castel Sant'Angelo on foot. The apartment is more than spacious for two people and very comfortable. Agata has been a great host, very friendly and responsive. We loved our stay and would plan another vacation at this property in a heartbeat!
