Comfortable house for 5 by the dike
Welcome to the seaside resort Tossens! We offer you our charming, lovingly decorated holiday house for rental. It's very quietly located in the AIDA holiday park and just 5 minutes walking distance away from the beach and seaside. Spacious 70 m² include 3 bedrooms for up to 5 people (1 x double bed, 1 x single bed, 1 x bunk bed), a cosy living room, a flooded with light winter garden that serves as dining area, and furthermore a kitchen, bathroom/toilet, a corridor and 2 storerooms. The living room is furnished with a very comfortable leather sofa and 2 leather chairs. It's equipped with satellite tv/radio, a DVD and BluRay player and a mini hifi system with cd player and radio. A small selection of DVDs (mostly English language) as well as books (sorry, in German only) is made available to our guests free of charge. The winter garden serves as dining area with a large dining table. From here you can directly enter the garden and terrace surrounded by large trees and bushes that offer full privacy and protection from views. The kitchen is fully equipped with all amenities: Four-ring electric cooker with extractor hood, oven, large fridge with a three-star freezer compartment, dish washer, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle and many more items. The small, modern bathroom/toilet with concrete-grey tiling has a corner shower with sliding doors, a towel dryer heating, a mirror cabinet and a hair dryer. Large built-in wardrobes in the corridor and a storeroom provide enough space for ranging clothes and baggages. All rooms of the house are located at ground level, ideal for families with small children as well as elderly people. A car parking space is directly on the premises. 2 bicycles for adults and 1 for children are made available to our guests at no extra cost (alternatively, there are several bike rental stations within walking distance). There is a well-developed infrastructure regarding shopping facilities and restaurants as well as leisure activities, be it cycle-tours, guided walks across the mud flats and to the seal banks, horse riding lessons or the water fun park Aqua Mundo with wave pool, outdoor pool, a 96 meter slide, a large sauna area, fitness and beauty facilities. The sports center provides tennis, squash and badminton courts. Tossens is also a perfect starting point for visiting the nearby cities Bremen, Bremerhaven and Wilhelmshaven or the island of Helgoland. Tossens is located at the Wadden Sea that is part of the UNESCO World Natural Heritage. However, there is a large sand beach also, with wicker beach chair rental, adventure playground and animation program for kids as well as a beach café & restaurant on top of the dike. Health and Spa holiday guests can chose from a wide range of physiotherapeutic treatments and wellness programs such as massages, thermal bath, fango or inhalation therapy.
