From the glazed balcony you have an incredibly beautiful view of the ebb and flow of the tide, the island of Neuwerk and the most beautiful sunsets. Sitting here, letting your gaze wander and letting your mind wander is pure deceleration. The beach access is right in front of the apartment. The Wadden Sea invites you to take fascinating walks, including to the island of Neuwerk.

Apartment 224 offers a fantastic view over the sea road from Cuxhaven to the Elbe estuary. From the dining area with a corner bench in dinner style, there is a great view! The balcony with northeast orientation is big enough for breakfast or deck chair. Use of the swimming pool and sauna are included in the rental fee. As a guest of our apartment, you have the opportunity to use the entire wellness(swimming pool and sauna) and fitness area in the hotel "Elbstrand" 2 minutes away per week.

The 35 m² non-smoking apartment is located directly in the first row about 50 m behind the dike. The sandy beach is only a few meters away.
