The cottage was lovely, beautifully decorated, with a cozy feel. Michael organised many little treats that made us feel at home, such as bread, cereal, milk etc for a comfortable breakfast at home. The kitchen is spotless and has everything you need, including a pod-operated coffee machine and an air fryer. The bathroom is light, with a spacious bathtub. The cottage has its own little back garden which is really nice and we enjoyed a coffee in the morning sun. The area is spectacular, we could reach the beautiful coastal path directly from the cottage and had a beautiful walk. Whitby is about 20 minutes by car. Mick was a great host, he welcomed us warmly and gave us some helpful tips to move around the area. Communication was always smooth and we felt right at home. Thanks to Mick and his lovely wife for the amazing stay!

Just returned from a long bank holiday weekend at Sally’s bungalow. Cannot recommend this place enough, felt just like home! We travelled as a family ranging from 19-80 years old and all loved it. Our little dog settled straight away and was well catered for. Sally had thought of absolutely everything you could need including tea, coffee, milk, biscuits and wine on arrival. Location is fantastic, a short drive or bus journey from Scarborough and a short walk to local pubs, restaurant and shop. Sally is super helpful and quick to respond to any questions. Thank you Sally and we hope to return very soon.

The cottage was beautiful, as described. Very cosy and clean. Thanks so much for the wine on arrival. Great kitchen facilities etc. A very comfortable stay. Great central location to explore North York Moors. Very close to Whitby, Robin Hoods Bay, Scarborough etc. Would love to return in the future!

Very short and sweet stay but worked perfectly for the four of us.
