Stay in a former forge with rustic charm, surrounded by nature and animals, 20 minutes from the Grands Lacs. Large master bedroom (35 m²) with private shower room and toilet. Relaxation area with sauna, jacuzzi and rowing machine. Optional bedroom in a former hayloft (2 people) with shower and toilet. (No kitchenette) but 2 electric hobs and a gas BBQ are available, with pots, pans, plates, etc. Hikes starting from the house, games (boules, table tennis, badminton) and bike rental.

The Festival

Alliance du moderne et de l'ancien, cette maison combine fonctionnalité et romantisme. Rénovation tout juste terminée, les équipements sont donc flambant neufs : TV, électroménager, WIFI et un piano de cuisson pour les amateurs! Nous sommes au pied des vignobles proches de Viré, Clessé, Lugny et du berceau Chardonnay, sur lesquels je pourrai volontiers vous faire partager ma passion. Accès très facile par la D906, sortie autoroute à 15 mn, parking devant la maison.

"Entre Ciel & Vigne" gîte comprising a large and pleasant living room with views of the vineyard, located in Fleys, a winegrowing village 5 km from Chablis. Designed to be warm and friendly, for a peaceful and rejuvenating stay.  From the house, put on your sneakers and access superb viewpoints in a few minutes… Mountain biking, hiking or running, in the vineyards or in the forest, the choice is yours! Not to mention the cellars to visit and the Chablis to taste.

Le Colibri Boat

Located in France’s largest marina, enjoy the charming and relaxing setting of this riverboat for one or more nights of relaxation. The Hummingbird sleeps 4 people, possibility to be at 5 with the couch (let us know) It is located 25 minutes from Dole, 45 minutes from Dijon, 40 minutes from Beaune and close to Lake Chour. Fully equipped kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms with shower and toilet, spacious living room and terrace to enjoy the beautiful days.

The Marker

Winegrower's house, renovated in 2021, in the heart of the wine village of Givry, located on the Côte Chalonnaise Wine Route. 80 m2 cottage with shared inner courtyard where garden furniture, access to the barbecue, ping-pong table, as well as the heated pool (May to October depending on weather) are at your disposal Sleeps 4. Fully equipped kitchen, TV lounge and 2 bedrooms, 1 with bathroom. All amenities and activities (biking, tasting, etc.) nearby

Loft with outdoor area, sauna, jacuzzi

Baptisé "Un Autre Monde", this atypical place is installed in an old printing press, close to the city center. You have more than 250 m2 of fully equipped and personalized spaces with the unique furniture I create. You also have a games room and a relaxation area (by reservation and shared with the other apartments). A large garage allows you to park at least 3 cars and motorcycles. You will have a garden by the river accessible by a few steps.

Our farmhouse is the ideal place for you to get together with friends and family for a week or a lovely weekend ✨ The house offers large spaces and high volume, you can fully enjoy up to 12 people without being oppressed. It was our primary residence, but we left everything on site, amenities and decor to make it feel like home ✨ We are located 1h30 from Paris & 30min from Chablis and Auxerre 🍷🍇

The Lodge

On the ground floor, a very bright 60 m² lodge, with all modern comforts, in the heart of nature and in a peaceful setting. You can make the most of the hanging bed. Large windows give you a view of the pond with its fountain in summer. Its entirely hand-crafted corded wood wall is exceptionally charming. Separate from my home, the Lodge is set in lush green surroundings.
