In the spring of 2020, we acquired the property, which has 5 vacation homes. We lovingly renovated this first one, No. 7/4, in 2020 and YOU can come. The pretty vacation home has a living room with kitchen and dining area, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower. In addition, there is a nice private terrace on the south side. It is partially covered and there is also an awning for the particularly sunny days. The property has its own access to the lake and a jetty with a swimming ladder.

Cottage Loft in peaceful village

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space in the middle of the countryside. Enjoy mild summer evenings on the terrace or cool autumn and winter evenings in front of the fireplace. Wake up to birdsong in the trees and explore the nearby rural surroundings or the Elbe Cycle Route on foot or by bike. Stroll through the parks of the former state horticultural show in the small town of Burg, just 4 km away, and linger at an open-air concert on the picturesque vineyard.

The former Bismarck estate house, built in 1770 and completely renovated in 2009, is an ideal place for vacations and also workation - for working and relaxing. The stylishly furnished separate apartment (155 sqm) with private entrance, underfloor heating, antique tiled stove, a workplace, a fully equipped kitchen and a hot tub next to the apartment's own terrace as well as a sauna cottage in the extensive park offers the possibility of a varied break in every season.

Dear guests, I am often not at home for work and offer my enchanting loft during this time, which invites you to relax and unwind thanks to its quiet location. In addition to a delicious morning coffee, the apartment offers plenty of light in great factory flair. The apartment is fully equipped with a large 1.80 x 2.00 m bed and a cozy sofa bed. You also have Internet in fiber optic speed (100Mbit) and a flat-screen TV. Guest towels and bedding are provided.

The cottage offers space for 4 people, on about 75 m² of living space. On the ground floor (45 m²) there are two bedrooms (1 x double bed, 1 x single bed), a guest toilet, the hallway and the kitchen. On the upper floor (30 sqm): living room, bathroom with shower + bedroom. Fresh linens and towels are of course inclusive. What else? Free WiFi, Smart TV incl. DisneyPlus, safe parking spaces and - if the weather plays along - a seating area in the green.

Cozy little apartment - arrive and feel good

Gommern is a small town in the countryside near Magdeburg (15 km). In summer, nearby lakes invite you to swim (free access). Long walks or a short bike ride – we have plenty of nature to offer and are happy to provide excursion tips. The apartment (58 sqm) with a view of the greenery is located on the 2nd floor of a small three-family house (8 steep steps) with no lift. A 2-minute walk from the train station. Vacation home incl. hot tub evening in Fläming

Rurally located in the small village of Grebs in Hoher Fläming 45 minutes southwest of Berlin. The large communal garden offers enough space to relax. Our newly renovated apartment on the first floor invites you to linger in a modern style. We also offer a pick-up service by arrangement (up to 20 km radius) for an extra charge. Of course, we also have a pool and hot tub (outside covered) and it is included. Please contact us beforehand. 😊

Vacation home - Former barn idyllic in the countryside

Our converted barn is part of a former small estate near Brandenburg an der Havel. Idyllically located in a very small village, you can enjoy nature from here, take long walks through the forest or to the water. The house offers a cozy, bright and serene atmosphere. The large table for more than 12 people and the open kitchen-living room invite you to cook and linger. But seminars or yoga groups could also feel comfortable with us.

Charming apartment in the Hopfengarten district. Good transport links, both to the highway and to the ÖVP. Our apartment with separate entrance awaits you on the 2nd floor of our house. It consists of a double bedroom, a small kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub and shower as well as a living room with a sofa bed, so that we can also offer 4 guests a pleasant overnight stay. A children's travel crib is available if needed.

Look forward to a special surprise: a wonderfully spacious loft room awaits you in the attic! A room with lots and lots of light and even more spatial volume! In the center is the spectacular, round south window, which sets the frame for the postcard view of the palace meadow. To the west, it leads out to the spacious terrace. This is the perfect breakfast room – and in the evening the right box seat for the sunset.

Time out on the Mittelland Canal

Visit us in our small apartment (30 m²) in a quiet location overlooking the Mittelland Canal. The large garden, which you are welcome to use, and the wind-protected terrace promise relaxation in almost any weather. Parking for bicycles is available on the property (partially covered). This is also the habitat of our Labrador mix Luci. The journey by car to Magdeburg is 15 minutes and to Haldensleben 21 minutes.
