The Admiral’s Quarters is a private garden apartment with stunning river & sea views, only a short, two-minute walk from the heart of Dartmouth. The accommodation comprises a double bedroom with French doors opening to your own outdoor area. The first floor features the bathroom, an open plan stylish living area with a fully equipped kitchen. There is a built-in cabin-style full-size single bed for little sailors or adults. Parking permit supplied for the main town car park in Mayors Avenue.

Idyllic Luxury Thatched Cottage on Devon Farm

Fox Cottage is a little gem in South Devon. Beautifully refurbished, the 18th century thatched building is ideal for a relaxing break or for a longer stay. The Farm has rare-breed sheep, goats and chickens as well as heritage cider orchards and a 17th Century Cider House. From time-to-time produce can be bought during your stay. Tucketts is a peaceful regenerative farm and a wildlife haven. It's just a short walk over fields or through woodland to the Farm's shingle beach on the Teign estuary.

The location is on a hill overlooking Totnes with expansive views towards Dartmoor. It is a 12-15 minute walk into town. The property has off road parking for two cars.

Perfectly located between Dartmoor and the best beaches of South Devon, The Walled Garden is just a short drive from popular Totnes and Ashburton as well as beautiful river walks, cosy pubs and the South Devon Railway.

Pretty, stylish holiday cottage with wood-burning stove in a stunning village near Totnes, South Devon. Sleeps 4-6. The Cider Barn is in the garden of our home, surrounded by meadows with a river, 2 miles from Totnes, with its cafes, restaurants, bohemian vibes. The cottage has dedicated fibre broadband (100mb). Near Dartmoor and stunning beaches with surf. Private garden, riverside dining, 5 acres of meadows. Next door to great pub. NB We prefer week-long bookings in summer. Car advised!

Shuttaford - Modern Rustic Barn in Dartmoor Valley

Shuttaford Barn is a recently converted barn on a 16thC Dartmoor farmstead on the edge of the moors next to Holne and Ashburton. It is the perfect spot to explore the wilds of Dartmoor National Park, walk along the beautiful River Dart or head to the many South Devon beaches for the day. Or just relax in the peaceful surroundings of the barn and its garden. In summer months we generally do Friday to Friday bookings. Please message us if you would like to book alternative days.

Cosy garden annexe consisting of en-suite double bedroom, open plan living/dining/kitchen area, and shower room. There is a single sofa bed in the living area suitable for one adult. It has its own front door with access straight out onto patio and garden. Situated conveniently for Dartmoor, the sea, Exeter and Torbay. Opportunities for cycling and walking, or a relaxing break. The Barn, Soussons Farm, a cosy welcoming space to use as a base for exploring Dartmoor, surrounded by beautiful open space with numerous bridle paths and footpaths right on your door step. It's a converted granite barn with open plan living room with woodburner and kitchen upstairs. Two comfy bedrooms downstairs. Bathroom with roomy shower. No mobile signal but limited broadband, and WiFi calling. Well behaved dogs welcome for a fee payable before arrival.
