Here, you live near the sea with a swimming beach (400 meters) and hiking areas along the coast and in the forest. Popular place for windsurfing. - Varberg's center (7 km) can be reached in 15 minutes by car, 30 minutes by bicycle. The Kattegattsleden bike trail is 2 km from the house. - Ullared shopping, 35 km. - Gothenburg /Liseberg amusement park, 75 km. Train from Vbg C, 40 min.

Bua Strand is a unique area with high natural value and nice walking paths both in the forest and on the beach. There is a path up to the exercise loop and three clever walking paths by the cliffs that are marked in different colors. It is within walking distance to several swimming coves and cliffs. It is quiet and peaceful and the houses blend nicely into nature.

It takes about 15 mins to the city centre or to the beautiful archipelago. Tram and buss stop is within a 10 min walk and the sea just a few hundred metres away. There are supermarkets, restaurants, and other local amenities within walking distance. The property has a full size bedroom that sleeps two as well as two beds in the loft space. There's a full kitchen.

Boendet ligger ca 1 km från vacker cykel/promenadväg längs havet till Stråvalla strand/badplats (ca 3 km) med kiosk(sommartid), lekplats, parkering och stor separat djurstrand. Boendet har kyl, mikrovågsugn, vattenkokare, porslin etc. (ej spis). Disk lämnas till värden och byts ut. Babysäng (0- 3år) och babystol kan ordnas vid förfrågan.

Welcome to Bua! A tiny house with a nice atmosphere, what we in Sweden call an "Attefallshus". Its 25 square metre, with a sleeping loft. Only 600m to the sea and just 100m to a small forest with nice walks. Bua is a small fishing village at the west coast of Sweden, close to Gothenburg (65km), Kungsbacka (38km) Varberg (25km) & the famous shopping place GeKås Ullared (50km). Disk- & tvättmaskin finns. Under sommaren 2026 förekommer viss byggnation på tomt i anslutning till gäststugans uteplats.
